Building a podcast production company from nothing is one kind of challenge. Building it faster than you can sustain it is another one entirely. That's the conversation at the center of this episode of Zero to Won where Mojo is in the guest's chair.

MoJo, founder and executive producer of Rainbow Creative, sits down with executive coach Joseph King Barkley for an unfiltered look at what entrepreneurial growth actually costs. Rainbow Creative's mission is clear. To facilitate meaningful conversations that promote healing and radical change. What MoJo didn't plan for was the speed at which opportunity arrived. There was a gap between saying yes to every client, and having the infrastructure to deliver for all of them. The company grew. The systems didn't, and eventually something had to give.

One of the most honest threads in this conversation is what MoJo calls the CEO vs. Talent trap. It's the moment when being the face, the engine, and the operator of your business stops being an asset and starts being a ceiling. When your name is tied to the brand, every business failure feels like a personal one. Separating Mojo from Rainbow Creative wasn't a rebrand. It was the precondition for anything sustainable. The real product of Rainbow Creative isn't MoJo on every show. It's the system he's built that works without him in the room.

Mojo and JKB also dig into a Rainbow Creative original in development called the Human Compassion Survey. This is a new show hosted by MoJo that will explore grace, forgiveness, and whether modern culture has traded accountability for genuine growth. What's coming next for Rainbow Creative is built on that lesson.

But right now, we've been building, producing more shows, stabilizing the business with my executive team over the past six months, and pushing the company into its next phase. That's been my focus. But this show, it's still my passion. For the first time, I have a space to speak on the shows I've helped bring to life over the past six years.

Do these famous people need to be checked? Yes.

Do they deserve consequences for their actions? Absolutely.

But what about when a law isn’t broken?

What if our sensibilities have been violated?

Is that deserving of being canceled?

When people break laws, famous or not, we must find a way to bring about justice. They must be held accountable.
