Tony successfully sold this business in 2019 to Gallagher - a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and with operations in 42 countries worldwide. Tony currently runs City Vision which aims to - support and facilitate city transformation, holistically for God’s glory by bringing leaders together across the business, church, civic and para-church arenas.

Our guest, Dr. Lisa Adjei holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Physiology from the University of Surrey in Guildford, where she was also a church leader for a number of years. Lisa is the founder of an initiative called Sankofa Collective U.K, an ecumenical racial justice and reconciliation community for Christians (https://sankofacollective.org/). Dr Lisa Adjei currently works for Christian Aid as a British Church Relations Manager, she also sits on Churches Together England’s Racial Justice Working Group, a leader within YEL Forum and is currently an active member of Trinity Baptist Church. Lisa is based at their West Norwood congregation where she serves in youth ministry, preaching and teaching.
