Shaul doesn’t listen to Gd. (Gd has all the answers). He lets Amalek live - in king and in animal. And we suffer for it. Killing doubt. Killing shame. Gd’s name isn’t found, Moshe’s name isn’t found. The gallows that were built for my soul, are now carrying my doubt. Dangling. Laughing. Can I laugh at doubt. See it for what it is. Preparing for Shabbos is part of honoring Shabbos.
