Zodiac Ghosts

Mars is in the Monkey, the Sun’s in the Dog and the Moon’s racing through the Horse as October begins. This month Zodiac ghosts come back to haunt us. How so? In October inner rim planets, Venus and Mercury retrograde in the Pig. The sign of life, death, sex and rebirth.

Hello my beautiful Zodiac friends. I’m China Rose your Star Guide on the Zodiac Muse podcast. I’ve spent 45 years assisting clients getting lucky by design with an active Feng Shui practice and following: How Stars Align. Want more luck in your life? Welcome to the show.

What’s up with October? Twisted transits take optimal change factors off-line after Oct 3rd. Why is this true? During October Venus and Mercury retrograde in extended patterns that are sure to raise an Astral specter or two. How do stars align for you? Let’s find out.

Venus Retrograde Pig

On Oct 3rd our Lady of Love and Luxury, Venus goes retrograde in the Pig until Nov 14th. The Pig sits in the graveyard at tale’s end of the Zodiac. When Venus retrogrades she spins all the way-back to the Dog digging up old bones. Did you think dead is gone?

Maybe not as Spirit’s rise to this cosmic occasion. And that’s not all. Venus won’t be fully-forward from where she began in Oct, until Dec. Lady Luck Venus doesn’t change signs into the Rat for refresh until January of next year. This is an extended transit.

What to know and do? It’s not the time to re-arrange your life. Let sleeping dogs lie. Venus retro can damage relationships and dash expectations. Instead work on yourself: recuperate and build resources. Big change and expensive purchases can backfire and fail to deliver.

Retro Venus Crosses Mercury in the Pig

What else? As Venus spins back she rides rough-shod with multiple crossings. Be extra cautious of your choices. This shift in tone can lead to dire straits leaving hopes and dreams in tatters. And it happens fast. As soon as Venus retrogrades she crosses Mercury Oct 6th.

Mercury rules over the marketplace, courts and communication. This increases the chance of something breaking down and plans falling apart. It’s a loose cannon. Dark secrets are unearthed holding courts in suspension. What the heck does that mean?

Nothing will pass go or break free from their own past actions. Instead what you thought was not a big deal, becomes the center of focus. Some things get over blown and exaggerated while others are real nightmares. How to manage this? Let’s explore all of the coming aspects.

Dog | New Moon

There’s another dark spot but this one offers good news especially for Dog signs. The New Dog Moon Oct 10th is the ideal time to take a breather and start something new, promote ideas or launch important goals. Do it on a shoestring budget, keep it subtle and low key.

This New Moon welcomes positivity for a 15 day cycle. Dog is sporty, security minded and sit NW on the compass. Dog presides over travel and transportation. Planning a trip or taking one? This is the best time to go places during October’s rocky transits.

Use the New Moon energy before Mercury retrogrades at the end of Oct. Yes, both Venus and Mercury retrograde in the Pig sign this month amplifying the take-back, brake-down and redo, effects. Use this New Moon advantage to plant seeds, set plans and ground your desires.

Pluto direct | Tiger

Oct 15th Pluto the planet of fate and pebble-in-the-cosmic-shoe, goes forward in the Tiger. Now that Pluto is direct what will change? Tiger it’s time to come out of your cave and get off the fence. Pluto is a cold, distance planetoid and its effects transcend individual choices.

Pluto’s extended retrograde shows up as things we can’t seem to shake or get the better of. It’s felt the most by Tiger’s and those with key planets and aspects in the Tiger sign. What it affects is generational. Education and scholarship will be in a transition as traditions die hard.

The affects of this Pluto event means that some things are now written in stone. You won’t be able to undo water that’s gone under-the-bridge. Pluto forward delivers new trends and eccentric patterns will emerge. In this realm what-was done, is now gone. So move on.

Sun | Pig

Oct 23rd the Sun enters the Pig sign The Sun rules our sense of self and personal status. Happy Birthday Piggy this is your time to shine and get a full, solar recharge. This year as the Sun broils your biscuits Venus and Mercury throw in a twist by retrograding in your sign.

What planet or aspect do you have in the Pig sign? This often tells the tale how these revolutionary events play out for you. Pig is the bank of the Zodiac and Venus pulls a thread in the tapestry of life all the way-back to the Dog house. Pig and Dog sit NW on the compass.

They rule benefits and resources, travel and hard assets. These themes bring reversals of fortunes. Pig are known for their superior taste, sense of smell and snuffing out truffles. With Venus retro look for wild bargains and ferret out treasure in this world-series of cosmic events.

Retro Venus crosses the Sun in the Pig

On Oct 23rd as Sun enters Pig’s threshold the retrograde Venus rolls over the Sun. This is a very intriguing and also potentially disastrous confrontation. Most at risk include Pig and Dog signs. But due to the banking, resources and travel factors things are in flux for everyone.

What can you do for extra protection? On this day and within a few days surrounding this astro event use extra caution when entering and leaving any space or location. This is where the energy is most vulnerable. Can you stay home and let this cosmic twister pass? It’s an option.

Some people don’t believe planets have an affect on their life. But without the constant, cosmic swirl to hold everything in our world together we would not exist. What can be gained? When you bond with your celestial bodies it can richly improve the quality of your life experience.

Mercury Retrograde Pig

Oct 25th Pig signs get all the sauce and seasoning for the cosmic stew as Mercury goes retrograde until Nov 13th. This year along with the usual setbacks, brake downs and redoes we’ll experience ghostly phantoms and apparitions. Ghost impressions can appear very real.

But they are fleeting and superficial. Don’t engage with demons. Be mindful and stay grounded. Mercury goes retrograde for about 6 weeks periodically every year. Mercury the messenger affects all the signs. it’s a time of review so don’t start anything new.

General rules: don’t restart failed relationships. And if one falls apart, let it go. Don’t sign important documents or make life altering change expected to last. Ultimately new details and information come to light and situations reverse once Mercury goes forward on the elliptic.

During a Mercury retrograde phase hold the line or draw-it to set your boundaries.

Snake | Full Moon

Oct 25th is a Full Snake Moon. The Moon is exalted in the Snake sign. Full Moons bring things to fruition and illuminate areas of our lives to help us make progress on our aspirations. This full moon offers a unique arrangement of circumstances that can enrich our lives.

The benefits the moon brings are small in appearance but big on delivery. This full moon seeks ways to grow your income. Does an offer seems overly complicated or look-like more hard work? Then it’s not the best option. Your best option will come easy and feel breezy.

Sometimes Snakes startle us or alarm us and we overreact. This Snake is glorified and magnified so give themes that show up a chance. Your first impression may not be the best barometer. Snakes are transformative, shapeshifters. It’s okay to say yes.

Retro Venus enters Dog

On the Snake Full Moon the retrograde Venus re-enters the Dog sign Oct 25th. This has a shock and awe effect. It’s an Oct surprise that unzips files to reveal secrets buried long ago. Someone gives up the Ghost. Revelations and unexpected twists deepen the plot.

The retro Venus will roll back into the Dog and root out significant information that provides riveting details and expositions. While this transit is happening look to make discoveries that have eluded you and seek to find the things missing in your lives.

Venus can be a real disaster in some situations to be sure but she also can restore and refashion things taken at face value. She can show us what we don’t want to see but need to know. The outcome provides a more balanced and productive perspective.

All Hallows’ Eve

Oct 31st the door between world’s is open. This is a celebration of the Sages, Saints and Spirits no longer present in an earthly expression. We celebrate these days between worlds to honor and remember those who we revere and for whom we still feel a presence.

In the modern era we often find playful costumes and enjoy a night of socializing. But there is also a darker side. The gore and horror has seeped in and taken over what was once a way to make light of the dark side.

Bonfires were lit and spirit cakes were shared to ward off the darkness and hold back the shadows. Use this holiday spirit to connect with festive, cultural traditions that spark the life in what we remember; of those who have gone beyond and sometimes return in another guise.

Happy Halloweening.

Flying Stars | October

Flying Stars in October double-down with the current Fire 9 Mountain Stars. The Mountain Stars are active from 2024 to 2044. Fire 9 Star alignments patterns are a mixed bag, some offer great, good fortunes and others are unlucky, with Sha Chi (negative) influences.

You can balance these aspects by design. What does that mean for the Zodiac signs and the compass directions in Oct? The bad is not good and lucky is doubled. This month the East has the Lucky Sum of Ten to overcomes all obstacles for success.

It works automatically when you space is properly aligned. As the 9 Star flies to the Heart Center Palace this month everything will feel more extreme. The 9 Star is the Ripening Star of Wish Fulfillment. To boost the Heart Center use a Selenite heart in your decor.

Use a Selenite Heart dish to dose the negative and boost positivity.

Finally we have a month where the number of cosmic events slow down but the intensity increases. Flying Stars and planet move in complex directions and upset the apple cart as they say, in the marketplace. Otherworldly aspects can give us thrills or chills.

Inner rim planets, Venus, Mercury and the the Sun channel deep and lasting retrograde transformations. We are put through the cosmic ringer as these transits shake out. Expectations need a revamp and plans get a reset.

Here are your Zodiac signs and their current alignments to guide you through this portal in time.

Rat has no planets but gets some busy aspects in Oct with windows of opportunity opening up and a Crown to celebrate achievements. Otherwise it’s a pretty quiet month in the cosmic line-up. Rats has options and can ponder opportunities without making any definite plans yet.

For Rat heed the warnings to avoid an excess in October. Follow the the caution against signing important documents or making big life change as inner rim planets: Venus and Mercury are out of phase. Keep things quiet and on the down low.

Pluto the Node, the Crown and the Ascendant with the Part of Fortune all visit Tiger this month. Tiger has a far off ideal being pulling into your sphere of interest. Pluto retrograde goes forward on October 15th splitting the month like Yin and Yang with a mix of dark and light aspects.

The first half appears to point in one direction but suddenly moves in a new pattern that offers a different perspective. What does that mean for Tiger? Plans you’ve made can dissipate and become obsolete to change the outlook. What seemed like a fun idea can become murky.

Be willing to change your mind when information casts your plans in a different light.

Hare | Pisces

Year of the Hare | Month of the Hare (Pisces)

From Oct to Nov Flying Stars for the Hare have the unlucky Danger 7 Star. You definitely want to cure this Sha Chi Star. Keep the East of your space quiet. Carry a mudra charm and use calming methods to hold the line on competing ideas and voices.

Hand Mudra Charm: https://amzn.to/4yp4VOS

Hare has no planets this month. But aspects roll in with the Crown, the Part of Fortune and a visit from the Moon. Cash flows look good. Bunny business is serving a purpose and the Moon offers a thoughtful reflection, as the Sun enters the Pig.

The Pig is part of the Hare’s Passion triad. Bunny is a heart-full soul who cares deeply for what others are going through. While Venus and Mercury twist and shout in retrograde fashion Hare gets whipsawed by the drama. Write it all down and use it to your advantage.

But Dragon gets aspects of the Moon, the Crown and the Part of Fortune to add jewels to the treasure chest. And Dragon’s love their Pigs as the retrograde motion may wash some lost friends and souls back up on Dragon’s beach front. Welcome them back to the fold.

Snake | Taurus

Cornucopia Wealth Bowl: https://amzn.to/4AAmFZc

Snakes options are wide open this month. There are no planets or aspect to get in the way of your plans. Just keep the ball rolling. Snake gets some illuminating and psychic vibes this season. As revelations unfold they add brilliance and awareness to your bright prospects.

Mid way through Oct the Ascendant juices-up your progress. It looks like Snakes get exactly what they want with two Crown events and and exalted, Full Moon. A cosmic dust storm is brewing but it’s smooth sailing for Serpents. Chart a course to your favorite destination or goal.

What’s happening for the Horse? Uranus continues to run roughshod though your career pastures mucking up the place up. This can feel unending. Uranus is retrograde until Feb next year. Winds of change blow hard for anything not tied down. Reconstruct your strategy.

This month a bit of relief comes with a visit from the Moon and opportunity opens up. Though subtle, aspects offer a gentle nudge that gets missed looking for a bigger shift. Scale back while planets are hell bent for leather in the Pig. Take stock of all the good you can get.

The Dog New Moon is especially well aligned to bolster Pig’s bank roll, automatically. When the Sun enters the Pig he runs right into the retrograde Venus at the threshold. Something shakes out that can surprise or alarm you. A retrograde Venus can be either cruel or kind.

Dog Gone | Summer

After a dizzy month in August the cosmic dust starts to settle. As September begins the Sun’s in the Bird and the Moon’s in Dragon’s tail. And the last days of summer fade fast when our Sun enters the Dog on the Autumn equinox.

But September is not without it’s astronomical intrigues and galactic twisters.

Hello my beautiful Zodiac friends. I’m China Rose your Star Guide on the Zodiac Muse podcast. I’ve spent 45 years assisting clients getting lucky by design with an active Feng Shui practice and following How Stars Align. Want more luck in your life? Welcome to the show.

It’s true the cosmic patterns that unfolded at Summer’s end will be playing out for years to come. What can we learn, what can we gain, what can we do? What’s in this cosmic stew? Let’s find out as September offers compelling clues.

Hard Working Stars

Right off the bat celestial gears shift into harvest mode. This makes Labor Day on Sept 7th an excellent time to recognize hardworking stars that have gotten us this far. Even-if you had a back-slide take stock of your level best.

Break from just assessing the short side. Give it a rest. Leave your woes and worries out of the mix. On this day our Sun’s in the Bird and the Moon’s in the Goat, stop and take a breath before climbing your next hill.

Winds of change have blown hard this year. More storms are coming. Right now, open up to feel a sense of ease. Create a momentum of  possibility to get over the next ridge, step by step

Venus | Pig

In the dead of night on the West coast, Venus our Lady of Love and Luxury slides into the Pig Sept 10th. Venus in the Pig is indulgent and mysterious. She’s a force of nature that plays hide and seek with our true feelings. Torrid affairs and lusty, love triangles are always be avoided but especially this transit period. They don’t have happy endings.

Suspicions grow wild as passions run deep. This area of the chart rules over life, death, sex and rebirth. Glitz and grit sits at the end of the Zodiac wheel. Endings bring new beginnings.

Pig is the bank of the Zodiac ruling over hard assets, benefits and resources. Venus will top-up her purse as she lavishes at the trough. It’s a time of excess and extravagance. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any more outlandish Venus goes retrograde in Oct. Fortunes tumble and markets rumble.

It’s a long and winding tale as Venus spins back to the Dog before going forward in Nov. Theatrical displays are all the rage as Our Lady of Love and Luck re-enters the Pig in Dec. Venus goes long in the Pig and doesn’t leave her leave posh digs until Jan next year.

Mercury | Dog

Also on Sept 10th winged Mercury merges onto a busy cosmic freeway to enter the Dog. Venus enters the Pig, Uranus goes retrograde and we have a Dark Moon rising in the Bird. Under a veil of secrecy alliances shift behind the scenes and lips are sealed for the time being.

Ambition rides high in the Dog who wants to be on top of the heap. While In the Dog Mercury is a gadfly of philosophy expressing his deepest, emotional whims. There will be grand flourishes and mercurial moments to tilt the scales toward your favorite pet peeves.

Balderdash and bravado drift in the air as Mercury campaigns to win our hearts and minds all month long. On Sept 30th the Quicksilver messenger enters the Pig and alters the landscape.

Uranus Retrograde | Horse

Oh my gosh Sept 10th has more. Uranus slips between the cracks to spin backward in the Horse until February 8th next year. Cool your jets. All bets are off. What they said wouldn’t happen or wasn’t the case, will now be staring you in the face.

Uranus retrograde in the Horse is a bronco bucking the system that knocks down walls and level the contours of our lives with a new baseline. It’s a gut punch. We go below sub par and underwater before we catch our breath. This tells us exactly where to draw the line.

Horse sets the tone for our lofty goals and now they’re out of air. Pull back and power down as we assess the situation. Maybe it’s just a flat tire not a broken axle? Only time will tell the tale. Goes-to-show things are not always what they seem. Uranus is a game changer.

Bird | New Moon

Sept 10th In the evening on the West coast we have a New Moon in the Bird sign. This is a 30-day post, ecliptic point. What does it tell us? Ships pass in the night and what transpired last month extends it’s saga into a new chapter and verse.

If you’ve followed this plot Dragon’s back on the Ascendant with a retro Neptune, Saturn and the Part of Fortune. It’s galactic Déjà Vu. The New Bird Moon has a lot to give and much to be desired. Extreme contrasts boggle the mind like a leaky faucet. Bit by bit.

New Moons are the chance to reset our goals and ambitions. Rebuild reputations and renew a sense of purpose. Set a fresh heading to reach your goals and aspirations. This Dark Moon is hidden but it’s energy is potent Those who have it will resonate with the masses. Those who’ve lost it fade into ashes.

Use this Auspicious New Moon energy to align with a higher vibration.

Lilith | Ox

Holy Cow! Who is Dark lady Lilith? She is the shadow energy of the apogee of the Moon. In ancient mythology and history some the first writings are of two sisters. One is the dark and one is the light. One lives in the underworld of shadow and the other resides over the days and seasons above ground.

Lilith is the literal dark side of the moon and the moods within ourselves. The shadow we are either chasing or running from. She often represents grief. Where things in life get lost or fall away on the ancestral trail and our tribal leanings. But not always. She has plenty to offer when we confront our fears and let go of blame to overcome challenges.

On the compass grid Lilith plays different roles. In the Rat, Lilith was helping to explore parts and pieces of ourselves to build a new perspective. A new mirror to face the world and the ghosts of our unrealized ambitions. In the Ox Lilith has other objectives. The structural and foundational components of the Ox put us in the underbelly of her world. Where our gut instincts are the guiding principles.

Ox sits in the Mountainside of the Patriarch where Lilith is colder and wears an icy armor. She is exiled from her comforts and safety and endurance is the only salvation. Who is coming to save us?

But it’s not all doom and gloom. We hold the higher power within ourselves. That’s what Lilith teaches as we enter her 7 gates of living hell. It does sound dire but there is a need for storming the facade of our falsehoods to unmask our self-deceptions. To gain awareness of the value in existence.

Much can be gained in understanding the fortress we build to hold our fears. We’ll have 9 months to dismantle it. Then brake ground on a stable sense of security. Lilith in the Ox shows us that brutality is just depravity. This Mountain holds many treasures but to mine them we need to fashion a personal alchemy.

Here we adopt the Shadow Mother and not leave her wanting in order to convert our losses to a benefit. To establish bridges of resilience and responsibility, virtue and self-mastery to convert vengeance into compassion. It’s a tall undertaking and we must rise to the occasion. Lilith demands it.

Retro Chiron re-enters Dragon

On Sept 17th Retro Chiron re-enters the Dragon. He already moved into the Snake and is only spinning backward into a Dragon for a short run. He will not get far or go fast having only a temporary status. Why is that? Chiron returns direct in January of next year.

Whatever he cooks up in the Dragon is facing fierce galactic winds that will shred his efforts. Because Chiron moves at a snails pace it feels like it might never end. In the Snake Chiron has double healing modalities, lickity-split. But it’s a slow crawl to get there.

Once Chiron arrives on the Serpentine path he works like magic. The tools and skills of this masterful, alchemist will scratch a 7 year itch. Come hell or high water, next year in April Chiron in the Snake will do his level best to find a new equilibrium over his extended transit.

Sun | Dog

We fall into harvest and seasons change when the Sun enters the Dog Sept 22nd on the Autumn equinox. Sun in the Dog is a moving target. Things will shuck and jive. But in the aggregate it’s more about the motion than the distance. Fruits, seeds and nuts of our labors require a good shaking to brake them down for storage.

Happy Birthday Doggies this is your Solar recharge. The Sun gives Dog a much needed break. Dog serves duty and presides over travel and the courts where transportation and communication is highlighted. Celebrate you!

This year dog hits the snooze button to check-out. Expect to be in a holding pattern. Puppy love blossoms as leaves drop and bold colors paint the trees. While our Sun is in the Dog get back to basics. Eat well, rest plenty and go for a walk to stay in tip-top shape.

Mid Autumn Festival Begins

Sept 25th begins the Mid Autumn festival to celebrate the harvest moon. Gather with family and friends for reunions and moon gazing. For the first time this year the planets and aspects are spread-out over the heavens giving us a glittering sky to admire.

Take time to appreciate relationships with each other and our world that sustains us. Be grateful for what we have, not what we still are left wanting. That’s not a new concept or to reduce the frictions of reality, but it’s worth practicing.

What you resist will persist and what you focus on comes calling. Sure there’s a lot to fix and things that need reconfiguring but it’s easier to accomplish with our fun bunnies: beauty, grace and abundance.

Dragon | Full Moon – Mooncake Fest

Sept 26th a Full Dragon Moon rises in the early morning. This moon marks the Mooncake festival of the harvest season. A Dragon Moon offers loads of drama and bold dynamics to stake out positions and declare oppositions.

Mars is leaving the Goat, the Sun Dog opposes the Dragon and Venus sits on the Ascendant horizon. Soon Mars enters the Monkey and Mercury will be in the Pig. All before month’s end. This puts a brand new twist on some pretty-old classics. Light your lanterns to lift your spirits.

Enjoy the treats of the changing season. Lazy days of summer are dog-gone as darker days and longer nights in the Northern hemisphere are upon us. Look to the bright-side. The Moon Goddess Chang’e and her Jade Rabbit prepare the elixir of life so our story is never ending.

Mars | Monkey

Sept 27th brings high drama with hell and high water when War God Mars enters the Monkey. Mars is all fire and brimstone and Monkey likes to put on a show. Expect live-wire theatrics. Monkey Mars is a black-eye and bruised ego that goes bump in the night.

Is it naivete or courageous optimism? Monkey takes a leap of faith to get us on the other side of a hardline. Mars in the Monkey is magnetic and inspirational. Grand gestures maybe genuinely authentic or just more bravado. It’s tough to tell the difference.

Mars in the Monkey can exercise brute force to grab his ambitions. Patience goes out the window. While Mars is in the Monkey use extra caution, lead with passion and temper your enthusiasm. Be high-minded but dignified and strategic. Only fools rush in.

Mercury | Pig

Sept 30th at month’s ends there’s nothing casual or insignificant about Mercury in the Pig. The Mercurial energy in the Pig is intense, secretive and selective. Smoke and mirrors fuel suspicions, unravel mysterious and spin rumors. Fascinations are quickened.

Mercury is the messenger but while in the Pig, loose lips sink ships. Whispers in the wind fuel speculation and plumb deep insights. Pigs keen investigative nature ferrets out the truth, solves puzzles, discovers hidden treasure and recovers lost souls.

Like Venus, while Mercury transits the Pig he goes retrograde in October. So guard your tongue, plan your actions and buckle-up for a bumpy ride. Be deliberate not defensive.

Flying Stars | September

In early September the Lucky Money, Love and Miracle 1 Star flies to the Heart Center Palace. In the heart center this Star brings benefits to everyone. It’s a Star that ignites new romance and delivers manna from heaven. Small things take on a big importance.

When least expected some minor or major miracle makes all the difference. How to energize this Lucky Star? It likes sparkle and shine so add a little something to catch the eye or brighten your look with a shiny accessory.

Specials this month bring the Lucky Sum of Ten to the West which is hosting a very difficult set of star patterns. The Lucky Sum of Ten helps the Bird sign overcome all obstacles for success.

Zodiac Signs | September

In September summer begins its departure. Venus enters the Pig but she doesn’t get far because our Lady Luck retrogrades in October. Mercury enters the Dog and make it to the Pig as September ends. The New Bird Moon mid month inspires new growth.

Lilith makes her move into the Ox and Chiron returns to the Dragon. The Sun enters the Dog. Mars enters the Monkey and we have the annual Mooncake fest for the Dragon Full Moon. After all the eclipses this month feels milder but the transitions are life altering. So stay tuned.

Bunny you’ve got time on your hands and the resources to make the most of it. Don’t feel the gap, fill-it with lots of wild ideas and aspirations you’ve been looking to explore.

Sept 17 retrograde Chrion re-enters the Dragon. This is a road that goes nowhere so don’t get caught-up in it’s web of intrigue. But knowing Dragon you’ll fall right in. Sept 26th we have a Full Moon in the Dragon to celebrate the Mooncake Fest. The lunar aspect conjuncts retro Neptune so expect dreams to be realized, that are a long time coming.

Horse | Gemini

Year of the Horse | Month of the Horse (Gemini)

Planet of Chaos Uranus is still taking his time grinding away at many themes that we often take for granted. Uranus goes retrograde Sept 10th. While retrograde in the Horse things might brake down or go out-of-whack.

Take it in stride. Don’t let supercritical things throw you. Uranus exerts his unruly side. His aim is to brake up the status quo. Beat him at his game. Accept change at face value and it will soften any rough patches. Do things differently. Brake the mold.

When you embrace this cycle of unbridled events you convert them into something better. Think of it as a revolution and a way to be nimble and graceful, at ease in the storm. It will lessen any affect and speed up improvements.

Mars in the Goat throws off your easy-going pace. You might burn your candle at both ends leaving you vulnerable and weakened. Watch where your step and whenever possible, take a nap. If you are resting there’s less chance to burn through cash. Watch the budget this month.

You defeat the destructive aspects of the Mars energy when you cut back on the extras and scale things to their barest essentials. And for gosh-sake don’t get riled up. Keep your calm. Mars will rage on but you don’t need to join him. Mars leaves on the 27th. Then have a blast!

Monkey Wrench

Eclipses are coming. The Total Solar eclipse and a Lunar eclipse pairing don’t line up on the Zodiac. They are offset. Why should we care? As we glide into August the Sun’s in the Monkey and the Moon’s in the Hare.

Hello beautiful Zodiac friends. I’m China Rose your Star Guide on the Zodiac Muse podcast. I’ve spent 45 years assisting clients getting lucky by design with an active Feng Shui practice and following how the stars align. Want more luck in your life? Then welcome to the show.

August opens with omens that portend big change. Summer blues give way to the burnt colors of fall. Eclipses speed things up and deliver unexpected news. In the charts a topsy turvy twist tosses a wrench in the works.. Will a 3rd act saga with no end drive us off the cliff?

Late Summer blues and eclipse news. In this episode we look at the celestial spin for August, how Stars align for your Zodiac signs and a September cosmic preview at the end.

This podcast is hosted on the kittysol.com website where you’ll find links for charms and collectibles that grow your good fortunes. Check-it out on Kittysol.com. Now let’s begin.

Chiron Retrograde | Snake

On August 3rd Chiron goes retrograde in the Snake. Health-wise this makes a difference. Does growing old frighten you? Do you fixate on superficial conditions? Planetoid Chiron goes retrograde until January 6, 2027. In that time Chiron spins back to the Dragon.

In the Dragon Chiron’s fear of aging relies on treatments often unproven. In 2027 planetoid Chiron returns to the Snake for a 7 year transit. Chiron is eccentric and electric. In the Snake Chiron seeks to heal results of a quest that has vexed us.

Turns out the fountain of youth is a bright spirit and natural living. Snake sheds a skin to unmask our irrational fears. In the Snake Chiron renews and restores a supple mindset without Dragon’s smoke and mirrors. But we’re not there yet.

Venus Enters the Dog

August 6th Lady Luck Venus enters the Dog to answer a call to adventure. Venus in the Dog pulls us out of the funk and puts us back in the saddle. In the Dog, Venus is glam camping at a well-earned, retreat.

Our Lady of Love and Luxe takes a break from her usual routine to get some fresh air. You might be in your own backyard or floating down a lazy river but deals still get done as we massage our stress and relax our tensions.

Opportunities glow-up as we squeeze the juice out of the last days of summer. Venus will be in the Dog until September 6th for a working holiday. It’s time to soothe our weary souls and shake off our dusky moods as the tide turns on the end of season blues.

Mercury’s Shadow ends | Goat

Also on August 6th Mercury ends his shadow period in the Goat. This opens up new options on the table. When Mercury went retrograde he was at the tail end of the Goat. Quicksilver Mercury now makes haste to enter the Monkey on August 9th.

Mercury in the Money is a mad dash to cross over the Sun and get to the Bird at month’s end on August 25th. Along the way jet-setter Mercury conjuncts Jupiter for an auspicious celestial event.

The winged messenger will make up time and cover territory that’s been taboo or off limits. What’s been been lost, held back or hidden will now see the light-of-day. The August transit for Mercury lifts the veil to pull back the curtain delivers revelations.

Mercury enters Monkey

August 9th Mercury in the Monkey is a carnival ride. Monkey is part of the Ruling Triad and became a king due to his outlandish antics. With Mercury in the Monkey just about everything will be hyper-exaggerated and given to outsized, theatrics.

Mercury in the Monkey leads with heart and likes to entertain us by blowing things up and out of proportion. Watch out for the sparks! While the Monkey is a great talent and creative storyteller make use of this energy to expand your reach and widen your horizon.

The downside is this fun loving Sprite’s visit in the Monkey is short-lived. Monkey joins Jupiter and the Sun for a special, total eclipse Moon this month. Buckle up because Monkey’s a trickster who swings wildly to a jungle vibe.

Mars enters Goat

August 11th War God Mars enters the Goat sign. Fiery Mars is pure yang energy and in the Goat he hits a brick wall or should I say toll booth on a bridge to the other side. Mars takes a fall in the lofty Goat and will be hard-pressed, to set things right.

The party’s over because Mars is too rough and tumble. Goats are passion players who love and let live. Sheepish and kind, Goat is peace maker and groovy kid. But Mars is a War God who uses fire and brimstone to destroy whatever he chooses. How can this be resolved?

Goat takes a position of securing hearth and home. While Goats are courageous they withdraw and become defensive when threatened. This transit has all the hallmarks of a stalemate as tensions percolate. Never butt heads with a Goat and never turn your back on them. Heed this advice and be up front. Don’t try to deceive a Goat as they can be a devil in disguise.

Monkey New Moon | Total Solar Eclipse

Eclipses erase time and speed things up. This Monkey throws a wrench in the works to bog things down. High drama unfolds August 12th when the Moon crosses the Sun. Daylight turns to darkness. As the Moon makes it’s pass Venus conjuncts the Part of Fortune in the Dog, On the Ascendant forces tilt the balance.

There’s no fighting what comes from a higher power. Strong opposition on the other side subdues the heavy hitters. Promises go unfulfilled and demands won’t be met. Dog let’s his guard down. Venus steps in to offer pearls of wisdom with optimistic ideals. How can this New Moon event deliver a win?

Whatever happens don’t rush to judgement or take corrective actions. The 15 day eclipse window is a vortex so stay the course. Don’t change horses mid-stream. Focus on key objectives and novel inventions. Accept an invitation.

On August 27th these patterns reverse trends to go in the opposite direction. What looks good could be bad and what seems bad, could-be for the best. Take a wait see approach until this cosmic dust settles.

Mercury conjunct Jupiter | Monkey

There’s a celestial meeting of the minds in the cosmic skies. Bold expressions and creative directions characterize a dynamic conjunction between Jupiter and Mercury in the Monkey on August 15th. New actors step on stage with style and charisma.

They strike a new tone to deliver an expansive message. Old dogma grows stale and pales by comparison. The old guard passes to the other side. Sands of time move toward a grand vision that promotes opportunity not divisions.

We’re lucky to get this chance in 12-year transit with magnetic Jupiter. Toss your hat, grab the brass ring, pitch your grand plans, or roll out a magic carpet to drive your ambitions into the dreams you desire. This is a positively, fabulous big picture mindset. Use it to your advantage.

Sun | Bird

August 22nd Our Sun enters the Bird. For all the Bird signs (Virgo, Phoenix and Roosters) this is your month to spread your wings and shine! Happy Birthday Birds it’s time for a solar recharge. As the Sun makes his annual transit through your sign, Bird’s outlook is sublime.

The Sun reflects our status and self image. So revamp and refresh your look or tune your pitch. Sun in the Bird puts things in order for peace of mind. Bird’s a showy sign with a keen sense of modesty and refinement.

As the accountant of the Zodiac and a picky bean-counter, Birdie keep tabs on what matters: to balance the budget, feather the nest and gather assets. For everyone the Bird month means preservation and conservation to stock the shelves with nature’s bounty.

Mercury enters Bird

The planet known as the wanderer enters the Bird sign August 25th where Mercury is exalted. Birds are great communicators. Song is their super power. Plus they have exceptional, analytical ability. Planet Mercury the cosmic courier shares information with precision and clarity.

Combined these two cut through the mustard. Both are are known for their sharp focus and amazing intellect. This is a time when those with the ability to speak will shine forth and be heard. While Mercury is in the Bird use this energy to get organized and edit research.

Improve efficiencies and address issues with practical solutions. Avoid burn-out caused by over doing it. Don’t hyper-fixate on flaws or minor details. Do you have something to say? Mercury in the Bird let’s you express yourself effectively, seek advice and share your perspective.

Mercury conjunct Sun | Bird

Mercury in the Bird conjuncts the Sun on August 27th. Those with a clear and compelling message for a wider audience resonate to expand popularity. Information is released and news is laser focused on key issues of intrigue.

Negotiations and mediation benefit from a renewed commitment. A New Moon, Total Solar Eclipse happens the same day. This is Shadow energy. Expect revelations and justifications to be amplified. In the coming days and weeks what’s hidden behind a curtain is exposed.

Gaps in accountability are in stark relief. What’s been apparent is made plainly obvious. Suppressed data leaks into the public sphere and secrets spill out. Comeuppance delivers poetic justice. On this New Moon turn over a new leaf and plant seeds for a future harvest.

Hare | Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

August 27th is a wild Hare Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. 12 hours prior the Sun conjuncts Mercury in the Bird. The Hare and the Bird sit in opposition on the East, West axis. This eclipse pair between Monkey and Hare, is a mismatch. In many ways it’s a plus, positive for the Bird.

But Cat’s got the canary. This eclipse reverses the Solar eclipse from 15 days earlier. The chart configuration is surreal and uncanny. On August 12th Monkey tossed a wrench into the cosmic wheel. On August 27th these same celestial patterns repeat in a total, reversal of fortunes.

Saturn and Neptune both retrograde in the Dragon sit on the Ascendant. And Dog is hosting Venus and the Part of Fortune conjunct. This time on the descending node. Saturn takes a toll and the Dog gets rolled. It’s some kind of big money and big magic. Maybe both.

Flying Stars | August

The Sarp Yit of the Illness 2 star flies to the Heart Center Palace affecting everyone. What is Sarp Yit? It’s dark, wet energy that causes contamination from stagnation. Flying Stars in the month of August into early September feature a malaise that makes things swampy.

The best cure is a candle in the heart center and increased air flow. A link to the Sage candle with the attributes to remedy the negativity of this star is available on the kttiysol.com website.

August | Zodiac Signs

In August the eclipses don’t line up. Why is this happening? Typically eclipses come in a pair that mirror each other sitting directly opposite on the compass grid. But the Monkey and the Hare don’t line up. Shifts in the lunar cycles have thrown things out of whack.

During eclipses things speed up to end or begin in ways that are unexpected, sometimes sudden and jarring. It can feel distorted. The general rule is to not act within the span between them. Each is only half of the equation. Wait until all the details are known.

When July begins Mercury is retrograding as the Sun grazes in the Goat and the Moon’s out to pasture in the Ox. But it’s no cosmic picnic. In the wily Hare the Node sits at zero, Chiron’s at zero in the Snake and Jupiter’s at zero in the Monkey.

Mars Conjunct Uranus | Horse

On July 3rd Mars the War God conjuncts Uranus the planet of chaos, in the Horse sign. Mars is pure yang energy. Horse is a Fire Element this year and planet Uranus is volatile with unconventional, masculine energy.

This is an extremely, tough luck aspect. It can leave unwanted, lasting impressions. The best way to douse fire is with water. To use the water element: go with the flow and don’t make waves. Horse is a spontaneous sign that likes to run but here, caution is advised.

Divert the mayhem in it’s tracks. Step back, chill and relax away from excess. This conjunction last a few days. Avoid crowds and risky situations. Mars plays for keeps and Uranus is a beast.

4th of July | Red Flags

On the 4th of July the Moon and the Node (a key) will conjunct at zero in the Hare. This unusual combination takes us down the rabbit hole and into a void of the unknown. Chiron’s at Zero in the Snake and Jupiter is still at Zero in the Monkey. Mars and Uranus are also still conjunct.

This gives rise to inexplicable circumstances that are not easily undone. Best to keep a low profile and use this extreme energy to dream and wile away the doom with a lazy summer afternoon. To avoid calamity and catastrophe skip this year’s maddening crowds and avoid public displays.

Venus conjunct Part of Fortune | Monkey

On July 6th Lady Luck Venus conjuncts the Part of Fortune in the Monkey sign. This auspicious event is a breather from the cosmic furnace that’s been blowing hard. It offers a grand opportunity to grasp hold of the brass ring and toss your hat into the mix.

Show up, make your presence known and you’ll be rewarded. This is also the first day of the annual Star Fest.

Star Fest of Love

On July 6th and 7th the annual Star Festival of Love is celebrated in Japan. With Mercury retro and hard aspects it’s not the time to tie the knot. But if you absolutely must now is the date to do-it. This festival lasts a few days for the annual meeting of Star lovers Vega and Altair.

People write wishes on colorful paper strips to decorate tree branches and stalks of bamboo. A special blessing is held at a popular temple. Stars shapes, origami and colorful regalia is floated down rivers or burned to bless the wishes of a wishmaker.

Write down your wishes for health, wealth, love, success and well-being. Then hang your wish-making in a decorative fashion to be carried up to the heavens.

Neptune Retrograde | Dragon

On July 7th God of the Underworld and Lord of the Seas, planet Neptune goes retrograde until December 12th. Intense atmospheric pressures are said to rain diamonds on the blue planet, Neptune. When Neptune’s retrograde he’s said to spin webs of delusion.

Neptune is the higher octave of Love his veil can sometimes shroud us from a larger truth we don’t see even-if it’s right in front of us. Lord Neptune produces foggy conditions in his retro phase. In the Dragon planet Neptune will have a disillusionment effect.

Harsh realities come knocking. How to best use Neptune’s retro energy? Do a deep dive and take a look with fresh eyes to see what’s hidden below the surface. Fantasy is the hallmark of the contrarian, Ice Giant who is hot, dense and fluid underneath his frigid surface.

Like the Fool in the Tarot deck this cosmic event can walk us right off a cliff. So be mindful that our choices are the destination where we land.

Venus | Bird

On July 8th Our lady of Love and Luck enters the Bird sign, which corresponds to the constellation Virgo. Bird, the Phoenix, rooster is the bean counter of the zodiac, the accountant. In the Bird our lady luck Venus is said to take a fall, to be in detriment.

While Venus is in the Bird ladies especially watch your step. In the tales of woe from Brother’s Grimm a fair lady is forced to spin straw to gold for a greedy king. This leads to a bargain with a devilish imp for her first born child. The fable illustrates that boastful lying and the nature of greed always lead to: a fall from grace.

With Venus is in the Bird some poor souls may discover they’ve bet their futures on empty promises. Legal Eagles may not get the justice they seek. Venus is in the Bird until August 6th. To work with Venusian Bird energy hold back on extravagance and scale down expenses. Find ways to trim your budget. Avoid the pitfalls and potholes of false pretense.

Mercury Crosses the Sun | Goat

July 12th Mercury the planet of communication, travel, courts and commerce crosses the Sun in the Goat. This takes place over several days. It’s yet another layer of complexity in the cosmos that spoils summer fun.

The Sun is our self-image and status. The retro Mercury is going to take something back that diminishes an over-inflated status. Is this a market bubble that pops or a seam that rips?

Whatever comes calling it’s likely to hit home in some fashion. While it’s alarming it’s not surprising since the writing’s been on the wall. Mercury will put the skids on something and you’ll know it when it happens.

Super New Moon | Goat

July 14th we have a Super New Moon in the Goat. New Moons contain dark energy from the void. They are Yin in their nature. Super moon’s are Yang. So this moon is considered Yin intrinsically Yang. That means something small and insignificant has greater than expected impact and potential.

Current outcomes may leave us wanting with drawbacks and setbacks that pile up on the downside. These events are temporary when we realize we with self-reflection we can make new choices to generate better results. Like Jack and his beans that grew overnight to a castle in the sky this Super New Moon can create a new story.

The seeds and ideas we plant will yield a good harvest. Don’t look at what isn’t, think of what might be. On this Super New Moon revision your dreams and refresh inspiration. New Moons are an opportunity to cultivate a crop of possibility.

Monkey | Sun

Happy Birthday Monkey signs! July 22nd the Sun enter the Monkey which corresponds to the constellation, Leo. The Sun visits the Monkey once a year for a solar recharge. Shine on Monkey this is your time to blaze a new trail.

With a jungle vibe Monkey is the talent of the Zodiac that entertains us by swinging on a vine. When scatter brained Monkey accomplishes very little except a pile of banana peels. But when focused Monkey is inventive and divine.

In ancient tales Monkey plucked the peach of immortality and become a king. It maybe your summer holiday but the Monkey month is a good time to highlight your skills, launch projects or stage a comeback.

Mercury Direct | Goat

On July 23rd Quicksilver Mercury goes forward on the elliptic. At the end of June and the tail end of the Goat sign, Mercury went retrograde. This tailspin threw us for a loop. Now Mercury will retrace his shadow over ground he’s already covered this year.

The shadow period will end on Aug 6th. Until then expect to rehash and re-calibrate whatever went off line or astray during the retro phase. Mercury in the Goat gave us a thicket of barbed issues to contend with. As we go forward Goat is adept at removing the deadwood. Now the lofty Goat will mow down anything that gets in the way to clear the path for progress.

Saturn Retrograde | Dragon

On July 26th Grandfather Time, Saturn, the ringed giant goes retrograde in the Dragon until December 10th. Taskmaster Saturn in the Dragon has mapped out a short cut that takes rather than gives. This may seem bold leaving the impression there are no rules or consequences.

That the moral compass is broken. But nothing could be further from the truth. Saturn has set a trap for those who stick their hand in the cookie jar and leave only crumbs for everyone else. The method Saturn uses to exact his toll is called, Karma.

While some think they can get-away-with-it, now they will find that pay-back’s a Mother and Karma’s a bitch. The Universe sees and knows everything, all the time. You cannot escape. No one is immune. For those who pay their dues Saturn’s rewards are generous.

Node Enters Tiger

July 26th the Node enters the Tiger sign. The Node is a mathematical calculation, a key or code. Mighty Tiger is the home to the brotherhood and Ancestors. This is a knock on the door a wake-up call.

Over the next few years the Node transits the Tiger to unzip underlying fundamentals we have relied on. If there’s a false premise weak points will cave-in or unravel. This is where the rubber meets the road. Bad ideas implode.

A firm calculus will hold water and stand the test of time. Performance will be measured in hard data not fabricated from hot air. Real terms and the gravity of reality will reveal the weakness of paper tigers or a big cat’s visionary power.

Sun Conjunct Jupiter | Monkey

The Sun conjunct Jupiter lasts for a week and reaches it’s peak July 29th. Our Sun and Grand Duke Jupiter, the great benefic, will be together in the Monkey for the first time in 12 years. When the Sun returns next year Jupiter will already be in the Bird sign.

Jupiter’s magnetic energy merges with the Sun’s solar power. This rare Jupiter event is short-lived and features an after glow that’s positively, long-lasting. This cosmic event brings wide swings in the reversals of fortunes. The haves and have-nots in some cases change places.

It’s a rags to riches moment and summer dazzler. A double bonus written in the stars. A chance in time anyway you want to spin the wheel. Go for it.

Micro Full Moon | Tiger

July 29th we have a Full Micro Moon in the Tiger sign. Tiger corresponds to the constellation Aquarius. This baby Tiger is brilliant and beautiful giving us a summer sizzler in the night sky. A micro full moon is a Yang moon that is intrinsically Yin.

Expectations will come in below the line or under water. A full moon brings things to the surface to get our attention. So we can see them clearly. Tiger is an altruistic and ritualistic sign who is both traditional and unconventional. Tigers are visionary.

This moon glow gives rise to the power of doing more with less. It’s a cosmic holiday to reclaim our souls and discover our lost spirits. Sometimes what we harvest is a lesson that we live with. Tiger’s always surprise us and can deliver a blessing in disguise.

Flying Stars | July

From July until early August the Fighting 3 Star flies to the Heart Center Palace. This nasty Star creates conflict. The Heart Center affects everyone. The best cure is to be still, keep quiet and don’t renovate in central areas. A Sword Amulet charm helps reduce the discord.

July | Preview

July looks turbulent with cosmic waves. It starts with Jupiter, the Node and Chiron all at zero. The Zero mode for multiple aspects and planets will last off and on throughout the month with pockets of emptiness peppering the charts. As July begins Mars the War God conjuncts the planet of chaos Uranus. This does not bode well for the 4th of July celebration. In July the Star Fest lands on the 6th and 7th for a bright spot.

Then Neptune goes retrograde and Saturn too. Venus enters the Bird just before a Goat Super New Moon. The Sun enters the Monkey on the 22nd and Mercury returns direct on the 23rd. We end the month with no take-backs and a big twist that alters the trajectory of our fortunes. Stay tuned to the Zodiac Cosmic Calendar on Google for more stellar details.

Monkey Full Moon | February 1st

February wastes no time with a full moon reaching peak illumination on February 1st at 2:10 PM, Pacific Time. The glow of the Monkey Moon sheds new light to brake-up shadow energy. In ancient symbolism when Monkey rides the Horse it brings a big shift in cultural context.

And why does this matter? With a Monkey moon jungle rules apply. Monkey is bold, brilliant and became a King because he broke the status quo. On this Monkey Moon the universe protects and promotes those who take the reigns and command power from out of nowhere.

Hi this is China Rose on the Zodiac Muse podcast. In this episode we’ll talk about the coming Tiger Ring of Fire eclipse and the Fire Horse Lunar New Year plus projections for each Zodiac sign in the coming Fire Horse year. Stay to the end for a round-up of the cosmic calendar on the Kittysol.com website. Thanks for being here -now let’s roll on February’s cosmic events.

February | Free Zone

Are you a Tiger? Do you love Tigers? January was almost to much to bear. The cosmic stampede in the Ox has left a lot to be desired. But February begins with the Sun in the Tiger. And Tiger is a breath of fresh air that alters the course to pull us out of a rut.

Regal Tiger is King in the Zodiac. Big Cats, fat cats and wild cats, Tiger is the pinnacle on the Zodiac sphere. Team Tiger now hosts planetoid Pluto away from the glitterati that Tiger often commands. For more than a decade to come Pluto will be a rock in a hard place in Tiger’s way.

Most of the time Pluto seems unforgiving and difficult to manage. This is true and yet the revelations of this distant, cold, dark, icy, realm presents a large heart-shaped feature called Sputnik Planitia. Through it all Pluto gives us the power in hard times to find our hearts.

Annual Flying Star | 2026

Annual Flying Stars (fields of energy) send the lucky Money, Love and Miracle 1 Star to the Heart center palace in 2026. The Fire element of the Horse is good for the heart but comes with extremes. The One Star can help to reduce the excess and harmonize the elements.

The current trend to throw-out-the-babe-with-the-bath-water has not proven productive. What does that even mean? For the last 2 years we have been living in the Fire 9 Mountain cycle. It burns hot and runs fast. A quest for change at-all-costs, becomes daunting and destructive.

The Miracle 1 Star in the Heart Center will tame the fire to provide support. The era of Industry gave rise to the Age of the Machine. Yet humans do not move at a mechanized pace. This year we slow the runaway nature of the 9 Star to make it’s presence useful.

Monthly Flying Stars | 2026

On February 4th the Annual Flying Stars change as well as the Monthly Flying Stars. The Flying Star method of divination and its Art of Placement is ancient by many thousands of years. It built dynasties that have stood the test of time to be a lasting and useful legacy for humanity.

But it’s complexity is confusing. One way to understand this process is to know that the cycles of harmony and conflict resolve around the 5 Earthly elements. These Elements are the change-makers. They are utilized for greatest benefits in a layered hierarchy that governs it.

The Universal positions are the foundation. The 20 year Mountain Star is the direction it faces. Annual Stars provide structure for tone and texture on the over arching framework and Annual Stars give us the ingredients to work with. The Monthly Stars are the tools we use to shape it.

Tiger Ring of Fire | Lunar Eclipse

February 17th mighty Tiger will host a Ring of Fire, Total Solar eclipse at 4:03 AM, Pacific Time. What can we expect from this intense cosmic expression? It’s a cross-over moment. A double Part of Fortune straddles the Ascendant. Values and money will find a new equilibrium.

And there is a colossal pile-up of magical energy. A solid pack of 8 planets and aspects are compacted rolling through Tiger, Hare and into Dragon’s realm. Like a cork in a bottle the front load of this is cosmic traffic is Saturn and Neptune sitting at Zero leading into Dragon’s cave.

Behind Dragon’s front line is Mercury. But before Mercury can blast past the blockage he spins backward into retrograde motion. This full throttle reversal will then roll-over every cosmic body he just zoomed past. Tiger ROF opens a portal akin to an escape hatch into new horizons.

Fire Horse | Lunar New Year

Following the Tiger Ring of Fire eclipse Venus in the Hare will cross the Node and the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Red Fire Horse begins. What is a Red Fire Horse? The Red Fire Horse is a Yang sign with a Yang element of Fire signified by its Red color. Horses are supernatural.

The Red Fire horse is a Peach Blossom sign for Snake, Ox and Bird (the Phoenix, Rooster) these signs are highly favored this year. Horse is in the Power Triad with Tiger and Dog. And Horse’s Super Buddy and mate is the Goat sign. A Fire Horse is famous for being famous.

This year celebrity for the sake of celebrity is not enough. It’s become hallow and obsolete. Substance is required. What was once popular falls out of Vogue and new trends are quick to evolve. On the Feng Shui compass Horse sits South for fame and promotion. It’s a strong year for PR, the legal professions and the clothes horse rides side saddle in the fashion industry.

Ming Horse

In February our design focus features the new Ming Horse iPhone case. When Success can’t wait carry the Ming Horse iPhone case to give you an added, lucky advantage. You’ll find the link on KittySol.com to order your Ming Horse iPhone case on Amazon: Ming Horse iPhone case.

A Fire Horse happens once every 60 years in the big cycle of the Chinese Zodiac based on the 5 Elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth with the Heavenly Stem: Yin or Yang. Is you Sun sign in Gemini? Then you are born in the month of the Horse. Were you born in 1966?

1966 is the last year the Red Fire Horse was born on Earth. This year the new fire colts born will be leggy and looking for adventure. Horse is a beloved sign but things can get out of hand quickly in the Fire Horse year so be keen on what’s truly important and hold the line.

By nature Horses are skittish, popular and talented. They respect those who respect them. They often run in a pack. At times Horses can be long suffering and will chomp at the bit if forced to wait or feel held back. The Fire Horse has an insatiable appetite so keep the feed bag nearby.

Sun in Hare

Mercury will enter the Hare the 6th of February. Lady Luck Venus enters the Hare on the11th. Our Lady of Good Fortunes is exalted in the Hare. Mercury and Venus cross the Node promoting positively wonderful results. Bunny business is hopping and popping in February.

On February 18th the Sun enters the Hare and then crosses the Node. It’s all good. After that things start to go sideways when Mercury goes retrograde. In a pivotal cosmic event Mercury will cross back over Venus in reverse mode. This is bad news bears as luxury takes a hit.

Consequences are harsh. But caution is advised because Mercury in retro motion will return forward revealing things we don’t know yet. Try not to sign important documents, feel regrets or rekindle an old romance as this plays out in the coming weeks. Stay poised and take care.

Mercury Retrograde | February 2026

The first Mercury Retrograde event begins in the Hare on February 26th and lasts until March 20th. Mercury in the Hare is a rough patch on our soft souls. Messenger Mercury is a Demi God who represents youth with his mercurial quicksilver.

When Mercury is retrograde its time to redo, refresh and reset. But avoid starting anything new-new and take extra time for travel or plans that go askew. Winged Mercury affects travel, commerce and the courts. We may expect a certain outcome that turns in another direction.

When the unexpected steals your thunder the best thing you can do is keep the door open to another chance. Don’t finalize or agonize. The Mercury events are always coming and going. Just don’t second guess or bet the farm. Clean out your closet and take a rain check.

Fire Horse | Zodiac Guide

Here is your Zodiac Guide to the Fire Horse year for each Zodiac sign with your Flying Stars and “how stars align” for planets and aspects in February. You’ll find links for the suggested Feng Shui lucky charms on the KittySol.com website transcript.

The biggest take-away for the Fire Horse year is that trends ignite fast but are exhausted quickly. Pace yourself to avoid burnout and manage extremes. Fire rules sight and attaches to to burn brightly so don’t give attention to what’s not wanted. This year create a vision for yourself that goes beyond your limitations.

Stay to the end of this episode for the February cosmic round-up and preview highlights for March. There’s also a link to the Google calendar that’s new this year. Thank you for being here. Stay tuned to the Zodiac Muse podcast and KittySol.com to find how stars align for you.

Rat | Sagittarius

What can Rats expect in a Horse year? Rat sits in opposition to the Horse. Rat this year will feel the tug of polarity. This means you’ll notice things that are completely different and feel them more acutely. Often this is a discomfort but you can convert it to casual curiosity.

Lilith is in the Rat now for the better part of the coming year. Lilith is the Goddess of the underworld and she’s the Dark Moon lady. Usually Lilith isn’t any trouble unless she touches something in your Natal or Solar return chart. She magnifies and manages life altering stuff.

In 2026 Rat has the Annual Victory 6 Star providing a leg-up on the competition and bringing ships to shore with extra treasures. In February Rat has the Monthly Peach Blossom 4 Star making this a banner month of good fortunes. Use the Lucky Money bag Horse on your desk or decor to activate this positive star energy.

Ox | Capricorn

What can Ox expect in a Horse year? The Red Fire Horse is the Peach Blossom sign for the Ox. Do you need a introduction for extra work, changing careers or want to meet someone special? Peach Blossom signs are the puzzle pieces to get us to the next step in life.

This networking advantage delivers the Zodiac Holy Trinity: serendipity, synchronicity and spontaneity. When you need something to click even when we may not realize it a door opens, someone puts in a good word or point us in the right direction. Red Horse is your mentor and coach to help you reach your goals.

In 2026 Ox has the Annual Peach Blossom 4 Star and in February the Monthly Illness 2 Star. The year will be favored for social luck, academics, certifications and awards. This month get extra rest to reduce stress. Use a special Wu Lou charm in 2026 to activate good fortunes.

Tiger | Aquarius

What can Tiger expect in a Horse year? Tiger is in the Power Triad with Horse and Dog signs. You can expect to be busy leading the way. Tiger is wildly favored in a Horse year and there’s a lot you can accomplish. Be ready for action but take things in stride as the world is always catching up to Tigers.

Tiger will have the Sun, Mars and Pluto this month but things are not static. On February 17th Tiger hosts a “Ring of Fire” New Moon, Solar Eclipse. The New Moon energy is potent but fades fast as the Sun and Moon move on to the Hare sign the next day. Mars hangs around to keep Big Cats motivated until March begins.

In 2026 Tiger has the Annual Peach Blossom 4 Star for social luck and in February the Monthly Illness 2 Star. The year Tiger will succeed in promoting projects. But this month get extra rest to avoid illness or injury. Use a special Wu Lou charm in 2026 to activate good fortunes.

Hare | Pisces

What can Hare expect in a Horse year? The Hare and Horse have a special alchemy. It’s because the Green Rabbit is the Horse’s Peach Blossom sign. So Bunny is the bringer of good fortunes for the Horse. This will keep Hare in the know on the go and in the flow.

The Hare calendar is buzzing this month. It’s a celestial brew house of plots, twists and turns to navigate for the entire month of February. On the 6th Mercury enters the Hare. On the 10th Venus is exalted entering the Hare. On the 11th Mercury crosses the Node and then Venus crosses the Node on the 17th. These are all positive events.

Then on the 18th the Sun enters the Hare. Happy Birthday Bunnies! The 25th on the West coast or (26th on the East coast, Quicksilver Mercury goes Retrograde until Mar 20th. The Sun crosses the Node on the 27th and the same day retro Mercury crosses Venus causing distress.

In 2026 Lucky Hare has the Annual Infinity 8 Star of Wealth and in February the Monthly Victory 6 Star. This gives Hare bonus luck and extra special favors as needed. This year the Lucky Rabbit can increase fortunate opportunities with the Blue Abacus charm.

Dragon | Aries

What can Dragon expect in a Horse year? The Dragon Horse combination is a rare and benevolent creature known as the Chi Lin or Kir Lin. Not all Dragon’s evolve to express this mystical power. The Horse and Dragon combo in a Zodiac wheelhouse is not common. However in a year where these two blend you can tap this prized energy.

Planetoid Chiron is still cruising through the Dragon providing new modes of doing with specialized tools and tricks. February 13th Saturn joins Neptune at Dragon’s door and on the 20th these two reach a peak conjunction which briefly happened last year. Now it’s for keeps.

Saturn crosses over Neptune as they enter the Dragon for the coming years. This changes everything dramatically. Accountability, truth-telling, integrity and soothsaying in real terms are back on the menu. Dragon will not cotton to Neptune spinning any yarn.

In 2026 Dragon’s Annual Wish Fulfillment 9 Star and the February Monthly Danger 7 Star are complex to navigate. The Ripening star is about harvesting Wishes and the Danger Star is about avoiding risk that can lead to calamity and chaos. Good luck with that. This year use the Wave Pearl Wealth Amulet to ward off trouble and restore good fortunes.

Snake | Taurus

What can Snake expect in a Horse year? Snake benefits in a Fire Horse year because the Red Fire Horse is the Peach Blossom sign for the Mystic Triad. Horse will ride to the rescue anytime Snake needs a special favor. The Mystic Triad is Serpent the Soothsayer, Ox the Shaman and Bird the Evangelist.

On February 3rd Uranus goes direct in the Snake. This will tone down the chaos factor. The same day is a 30 day point to a coming March, Full Blood Moon Total Lunar eclipse in the Bird sign. Snake can expect psychic revelations regarding this pivotal event.

In 2026 Snake has the Annual Wish Fulfillment 9 Star and in February the Monthly Danger 7 Star is a challenging combination. Harvest your good while its ready and for the Danger Star avoid any kind of risk as things can get out of control quick. This coming year use the Wave Pearl Wealth Amulet to ward off trouble and restore good fortunes.

Horse | Gemini

February 17th begins the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse. It’s a double Fire (element) and double Yang year. Home in the South on the compass the Fire element conflicts with Water. The Water element puts Fire out. Double yang is pure masculine energy which can be dangerous and harsh. But not without its Achilles heel.

Horse can be long suffering. Do not play into their woes and whiny, whims. On the upside Horse is a friend who socializes with ease and public speaker who commands an audience. Ponies are fun and alluring with a naturally magnetic charm. Their claim to fame won the West on the Pony express. Horses have been making history in all parts of the world since civilization began.

What can Horses expect in a Horse year? Horses come in a range of flavors. Both rustic and refined. Their rustic tastes are refined and their refinement is rustic. Yes, my Zodiac friends Horses are a contradiction. But it’s the kind of contradiction that builds suspense and surprise.

Digging in the dirt might yield a summer bouquet of beauty and bounty or a Pulitzer prize for a riveting article. You never know what you’ll get when Horses take the lead which makes it all-that more wonderful and exciting.

In high risk environments use extreme caution in these volatile times. The Yellow Earth Horse is the only Horse known for its exceptional fidelity and loyalty. All other males are studs in the barnyard. The Mare’s rise to glory is renown for being gentle and kind.

In 2026 the Annual Star for Horse is the Accident 5 Star and the February Monthly Star is the Fighting 3 Star. It’s a ragged combination of afflictions that produce a rough start to the Horse year. Be sure to cure these Stars and put off any big life altering change until next month. Horse can cure the Sha Chi with a 5 Element Pagoda charm while protecting your good prospects.

Goat | Cancer

What can Goats expect in a Horse year? Goat and Horse are Super buddies and best mates. These two are perfectly synced for maximum creativity. Often able to work together and have a personal relationship as spouses, relatives, best friends or just great business partners. These two are peas in a pod. Goat’s year will be spirited, fun and lively.

Jupiter in the Goat is retrograde until March 11th. When Jupiter is retrograding Goats can be introspective and retrospective. The past is water under the bridge but ambitious Kids can look for ways rebuild alliances. Goats know where they’re going by charting their course daily.

In 2026 Goat has the Annual Danger 7 Star which pretty much rules out any big renovations or remodeling. In February the Goat has the Monthly Accident 5 Star. This is a tough-luck configuration. Cure these Stars with mindful charms to reduce risk. The Taoist Sword Mudra charm is an excellent choice. Carry it with you.

Monkey | Leo

What can Monkey expect in a Horse year? Horse and Monkey have no special inroads or playing cards on the table but when Monkey rides the Horse it’s a very lucky special. Monkey will likely feel they are way-out in left field wasting time. Don’t let this fool you.

This year opportunities escalate rapidly out of nowhere. To be the one who either catches the ball or fails to grasp the situation requires focus. A great save or missed pitch? It’s up to Monkey. This lucky special brings Winner’s Luck. Prepare and stay aware for happen chance.

On February 1st Monkey will host an auspicious Full Moon bringing things to fruition. After that things calm down as Monkey will not have any planets or aspects at present.

In 2026 Monkey has the Annual Danger 7 Star so avoid risk as a fail safe. It is ill-advised to renovate or excavate this year. In February Monkey has the Monthly Accident 5 Star. These are tough luck aspects. This year Carry a Dharma protection sword charm for peace and good fortunes to be stable and lasting.

Bird | Virgo

What can Birds expect in a Horse year? Bird and Horse are another lucky special combination. Known as the Flying Horse of Gansu this Bird Horse is part of a collection found in an opulent Han Dynasty tomb.

This unique celestial Horse and Bird sculpture depicts a rare horse bred outrunning a swift bird. It is a mark of status and skill. A masterpiece of the Silk Road many thousands of years ago that speaks of romance, harmony and tradition of its era.

Lucky Bird is also part of the Mystic Triad with Snake and Ox. The Peach Blossom sign for the Mystic Triad is the Red Fire Horse. Bird will have a year of exceptional good fortunes that evolve out of the ordinary. Bird has no planets or aspects at this time.

This year Bird has the Annual Fighting 3 Star which can be contentious and troublesome. Not a year to be harping or hyping anything. It’s best to demure and stay quiet. In February the Monthly Star is the Miracle Love and Money 1 Star. This sparkle star supplies the power of the small that grows into a big deal. Cure the Fighting Star with a Fireball charm, Ksiddigarbha.

Dog | Libra

What can Dogs expect in a Horse year? Of course Dog is extremely well positioned in a Horse year as part of Horse’s Power Triad with the Tiger. But the duty Dog pulls may be a lot less glamorous then you think. Fire Horse runs to trouble instead of away from it.

Dogs can get caught up in over zealous band wagons. Avoid signing on to every new trend. Balance the cycles of harmony and conflict to promote the “missing element”. This year it’s water so go with the flow not the blaze of glory. Wait for clear signals before participation.

The spark of enthusiasm can be infectious. Temper aspirations with grounded energy and peaceful solutions. Dogs need lots of training to remain focused and on task. It’s a superb year to update your skills base or find a hobby horse to play with.

In 2026 Dog has the Annual Illness 2 Star that can wear you down and run you ragged. Rest and reflect to find stability. In February Dog’s Monthly Star is the Wish Fulfillment 9 Star. Harvest your good fortunes as they crop up. Dogs can use the Gourd Charm to cure and protect.

Pig | Scorpio

What can Pigs expect in a Horse year? The Pig and Pony show is a friend, of a friend thing. Tiger is Pig’s Super Buddy and part of the Horse’s Power Triad. So when in need or as the mood strikes, (for something Pig’s can bank on) network with your Zodiac friends.

There are no planets or aspects for the Pigs at this time. It’s smooth sailing with a hint of clarity for the coming Tiger Ring of Fire eclipse. Keep doing what you do and don’t stop. The band will play on in a Fire Horse year come Hell and high water. Be a happy spectator to avoid the drama.

In 2026 Pig has the Annual Illness 2 Star. This can be a drag on your system. Pull back and par down. February Monthly Star is the Wish Fulfillment 9. This delivers happy results. Use the Lucky Wu Lou charm amulet with auspicious symbols to protect your good fortunes all year.

February Round Up

January was a cosmic overwhelm and February is a celestial crush, but in a different way. The coming Fire Horse year is a wild ride. Horse delivers new modes of transport and novel ideas to the frontline with plenty of fodder for a bonfire of vanities.

The Red Alert is a cautionary tale to avoid being swept up in fast acting events withe dire consequences. But you don’t need to be a stick in the mud just balance this tightrope with a mindful practice. This is a wrap on February’s calendar of cosmic events. Big 2026

Ox is the Shaman of the Zodiac. As we begin this episode for January 2026 it’s only fair to warn you that Ox and Tiger are blowing cosmic events off the chart. It’s a lot bigger than expected. But we are not just beginning a New Year we’re turning a cosmic page.

In 2026 the outer rim Gas Giants move to new positions. Why does this matter? Mostly because it sets the tone for the year and for many years to come. This episode also features the 12 Zodiac Resolutions for each Animal sign.

And on the KittySol.com website there’s Zodiac Muse cosmic calendar link so you can stay up to date with astro events as they happen. Okay let’s get going to explore the good vibes and astral expressions that create our world. Here we go.

Goat Super Full Moon | January 2026

Hi I’m China Rose. As we approach the first Super Moon of the New Year we’re still recovering from Dark Lady Lilith racking us over the coals. Lilith made her final sweep in the Pig (life, death, sex and rebirth) to return to the Rat and begin a whole-new spin on the Zodiac Wheel.

It’s a recipe for another month of celestial stew. A Goat Moon can be quite cranky. But this year the Full Moon embraces Jolly Jupiter near the Crown with the Ascendant on zero in the Pig. These aspects elevate us from the doom and gloom and help us to move on.

Goat’s lighthearted whimsy brightens winter’s shadow. On this episode the 12 Zodiac Resolutions offer each sign a personal evolution. As we begin another trek through the stars the Super Moon kicks-off our New Year’s goals with a moment of clarity and focus.

January Blitz

The Super Full Moon has great potential but it comes with a Venus opposition to the Kid. Venus in the Ox is not well aspected at the bottom-of-the barrel. We may need to shake off this funky feeling to find equilibrium. Excess expectations can weigh you down.

Goats are creatives with a tenacious spirit and Dark lady Lilith is back in the Rat for another loop on the elliptic trail. Venus in the Ox is stuck-in-the-muck, as the cows finally come home and data will be revealed.

Monthly Flying Stars change on January 4th with the full moon. And In 2026 all the Gas Giants usher in a generational shift as they move into new stations. This churns the cosmic flow to brake-up the status quo. If change is your wish you’ll be getting it in spades this year.

Venus, Sun and Mars

Resolution Road

There’s a lot happening in the January’s cosmic calendar. Way-more than usual. February will be full speed as well but tapers off when Mercury goes retrograde at the end of the month. Both Ox and Tiger are deep dives so get ready. We discuss multiple conjunctions and crossings.

One thing to keep in mind. Conjunctions are effective in and around the timeline for several days. Once they peak-out they begin to fade. Crossings also have a few days of activity that can leave marks, residue or make a lasting impression. Use this energy wisely.

This year I’m offering a cosmic calendar you can download and follow to keep track of cosmic events as they unfold. You’ll find it near the end of the podcast transcript on KittySol.com. Now, with the usual planetary motions and flying stars are your 12 Zodiac Resolutions for 2026.

Rat | Sagittarius

Rat in January has the unlucky Accident 5 Star known as the “icky yellow’ due to its Sha Chi (negative) effects. Avoid catastrophe and disaster: don’t renovate until next month or dig up any old bones. Carry a 5 Element pagoda charm or place the decor object in the North to reduce ill effects.

After 9 years Dark Lady Lilith begins January back at square one in the Rat. Feminine rebels fly your flag as Lilith starts a new round on the cosmic wheel. Follow your natural instincts. And as we start the new year messenger Mercury is jumping ship and leaving quickly.

Rat’s Resolution is to try again. This year Rat can keep progress marching forward by not giving up. Rats succeed by piling up treasures. That means every small piece gets categorized and organized. Resolve to stay on top of the tiny details and let the mountain in front of you take care of itself.

Ox | Capricorn

Holy cow!! Ox is a celestial pile-up this month All we can do is wade through it, Get your boots on as we trudge the thicket to find our fortunes. In January Ox has the unlucky Fighting 3 Star. The quarreling star causes grief we don’t need the best remedy: stay quiet. You can use a fire ball charm to reduce the distress.

On January 6th Venus in the Ox pushes past the Sun. This friction can bruise egos. Like porcelain teacups ego’s are fragile and bulls in China shops break things. In Feng Shui when crockery breaks it means new money is coming. So don’t sweat-it, let it go.

January 7th, Lady Luck Venus and War God Mars are Yin and Yang in the Ox. This love fest sets the tone for the year as a Venus and Mars conjunct is a long time coming and Ox is known for it’s enduring legacy.

On January 17th, the Sun (self-image) crosses Mars (pure yang energy) in the Ox Simultaneously the Node (key) and Part of Fortune (values) conjunct in the Hare. This turns the tables and sets a record straight.

On the same day after the Sun crosses Mars in the Ox early in the AM. Later that night Mercury will conjunct War God, Mars. Quicksilver Mercury delivers an Important message that begins trials and tribulations. Play your cards close. Wait to respond until the cosmic dust settles.

At noon on January 18th the New Ox Sun and Moon has eccentric artifacts. This dynamic duo conjuncts with Mercury for news that’s riveting. Ox New Moon lasts one day before the Sun and Moon move to the Tiger. Make haste to plant seeds or start your projects without delay.

Ox’s Resolution for 2026 is trust. Ox is strong. Every year begins with the Sun (our self image) in the Ox. Often we try way-to-hard to attack our goals. This year Ox can succeed by trusting the universe has your back. When the going gets tough ease-up and slow down.

Tiger | Aquarius

Tiger’s got a cosmic crush that rivals the Ox. In January Tiger has the unlucky Fighting 3 Star. This is a nasty star to tangle with. The 3 Star gets bogged down in too many strings attached so clear the path. Cure this Star with quiet time. A Fireball charm can ward off negative vibes.

Order Fire Ball charm on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3LefHnY

On January 17th, Lady Luck Venus enters the Tiger. When Lady Luck rides the Tiger things get done with greater ease. The Sun enters the Tiger January 19th. Happy Birthday Tiger! Sun is in Tiger will recharge your internal battery and increase your sphere of influence. It’s a good time to make life altering change. Go Tiger! Cerebrate you.

Also on January 19th Lady Luck Venus conjuncts planetoid Pluto in the Tiger. Pluto is now in the Tiger for the next 18 years. Venus and Pluto will merge forces to do something lasting and remarkable. But use caution and watch your step. Pluto plays for keeps.

Messenger Mercury conjunct the Sun while entering the Tiger on January 20. This power-play can topple the status quo. Bold moves comes with a lot of fanfare and impart a feel-good effect. Tiger can bask in the glory.

Mercury conjuncts Pluto in the Tiger January 21st. Most of last year Pluto was left to his own devices. Suddenly a pack of celestial bodies land on his doorstep. Quicksilver Mercury and pebble-in=the-shoe, Pluto create bright, chemical reaction. Inventions, ideas, breakthroughs, all groovy. But whatever you’re doing don’t skimp on safety.

Late to the party but finally Mars enters the Tiger January 22nd. Mars is pure, yang, masculine energy but cannot catch the vibrant celestial parade that has now gotten out ahead of him. What does this tell us about the days to come?

The Sun (sense of self) crosses Pluto January 23rd. Tiger’s are straight forward leaders and team players. This event imparts a deeper meaning and its revelations can be alarming.

Mars pure energy conjuncts planetoid Pluto January 27 producing a dark grind that is energized to do better. Mars can act as an elixir infusing Pluto’s cold, dark space with new-life and zest. Be ye transformed.

Mercury messenger conjuncts Lady Luck Venus in the Tiger January 29th. This is a cultural convention bringing youthful Spirits and wise Sages into the big tent to share ideas and exchange concepts. This cosmic event is fruitful and abundant.

Tiger’s Resolution is to not chase your tail. Tiger can get what he wants when he lets others do things for his benefit. Regal Tiger often try’s to do it all himself. Tiger’s such an adept at all he does, he hardly notices the drag on his productivity. In 2026 delegate to propagate big ideas.

Hare | Pisces

The Hare In January has the unlucky Danger 7 Star. This is a difficult energy to work with. Take lots of breaks. Avoid renovations in the East until next month. The 7 Star creates drama and legal issues you don’t need or want. Use a wisdom sword in your East decor to cure this star.

Manjushri Wisdom Sword decor object: https://amzn.to/3YjLZRn

For the last decade we’ve had cobwebs in our heads about what’s real, what’s true, and how to sort the wheat from the shaft. Blame Neptune spinning illusions in the fanciful Hare. Now that Neptune is moving on the fog will clear. False impressions that gild the lily are not in vogue.

What goes around come a round. As Lord Neptune moves to the Dragon, Taskmaster Saturn leaves the Hare. In astro lore as Saturn departs he leaves a gift by the door. This can come as a life-lesson, learned or an unexpected benefit, earned. Look for closure soon.

On January 9th the Sun crosses over Mars while the Node and Part of Fortune are conjunct in the Hare. This will set the record straight to your advantage. Be sure details are accurate to get the fullest experience.

Hare’s Resolution is a recipe for success. Yes, use a recipe. Hare can be inclined to eyeball and best-guess measurements. But this year follow a pattern that lets you mix and add while setting other things aside, to sift and sort. Then merge the results and bake until set.

Dragon | Aries

In January Dragon has the lucky Infinity 8 Star of wealth. You”ll want to activate this Star. One way is with a special metal bowl in the Southeast. Position the the bowl on a desk, dinning table or sideboard. Keep your options open. The wealth star likes space to add extra assets.

Money Bowl: https://amzn.to/4pkcMYP

Chiron goes direct on January 1st. Planetoid Chiron is a mystical healer and the Dragon is your voice. Speak your truth as a healing tool. Put your best face forward. With the astro calculation Verte on board, windows of opportunity are flung open for Dragons. So take a new approach.

Lord Neptune re-enters the Dragon January 26th. Neptune is Lord of the Underworld and presides over the oceans. He’ll be in the Dragon for the next 14 years. Those seeking great fortunes can use the Blue Water Jade Dragon, a very unique keepsake for treasure hunters: https://amzn.to/4jir7Uc

New techniques and underwater tracking teams will be hoping to put unsolved mysteries and the dearly beloved to rest. Dragon’s now ocean bound and is legendary for finding needles in a haystack even in rough terrain.

Dragon’s Resolution is to make circles not squares. This works in every adventure you’re seeking. Dragon’s tendency is to cut corners and skip steps. This year make circles to connect dots in a proper sequence and you’ll get extra-smooth and silky results.

Snake | Taurus

The Snake In January has the Lucky wealth Star 8 of Infinity. This is an excellent Star to energize. Use a singing bowl on your altar or as an object in the Southeast. Ring or sing (circle the rim) the bowl daily to generate good vibes and magnetize wishes to be fully, satisfied

Singing Bowl with wood striker and silken pillow: https://amzn.to/45pfepL

The year begins for Snakes with the Part of Fortune delivering windfalls. Snickity Snake will soon you’ll be free of the Icy Giant, Uranus and his chaos. While Snake is fond of being unconventional they aren’t crazy about unpredictability.

At times you’ve had to surrender to this force of nature. Soon the Uranus transit will end. But for now this giant has got you in a bind.

You don’t have to burn bridges to release the past just cross over to your future and don’t look back. Uranus is retrograde until January 4th but in April the crazy giant moves to the Horse for the next 8 years. Snakes will be free to go where the buffalo roam in myth and magic.

Snake’s Resolution is to tread lightly. With an abundance of hype and excess it stands to reason piling onto the band wagon will only break the camels back. To elevate lofty goals step lightly. Make good impressions not deep cuts. Let nature take its course and follow the beat.

Horse | Gemini

Horses In January have the lucky Peach Blossom 4 Star. This Star puts ponies in the right place at the right time. Its superior social luck promotes networking opportunities that improve the numbers. It’s also great for academics. Use a Ru Yi to energize the good fortunes.

Moon river, dream maker and heart-breaker, Horse is the tour guide on a sentimental journey. Most fairy tales feature a horse drawn carriage or trusty steed because Horses are enchanting. This year is especially theatrical with all the fire and ice of high drama!

Horse has no planets in January. That will soon change as celestial bodies moves forward on the elliptic plane. Last year’s turn on the wheel put us right back where we started. But in 2026 there’s no going back. We are destined for new horizons as the story unfolds.

Horse’s Resolution is the stay the course. A horse is a horse of course and that means they’ll be tempted to run for greener pastures. This year the pay-dirt is found in holding your ground. Steady as you go with a steely resolve. Plot out your moves and plow through rough patches.

Goat | Cancer

Goat has the lucky Victory 6 Star in January. This is a lucky star that beats out the competition and brings ships to shore filled with treasures. There are several ways to enhance this star and activate it but this month use the lucky money bag symbol.

Victory Horse with money bag: https://amzn.to/4q7dR7y

What’s going on in the Goat? Right off the bat Goat gives us the first Super Moon of the year. The big moon reaches peak illumination on January 3rd. Goat’s are creative types and social climbers who set goals then check-off their accomplishments for breakfast.

Planets for the Goat herd have Jovial Jupiter until midsummer. If you use a Dragon Tortoise or Pi Xao to appease the Grand Duke be sure it sits Northeast facing Southwest. The North-South axis for the lunar year is way-off because Grand Duke Jupiter is the divining line.

Goat’s Resolution is to be still. Southwest where Goats reside is home to the Goddess and Matriarch luck. Be mindful of the spirit that guides us. To get ahead, step back before charging forward. Goat’s are always headed up the hill. To advance goals this year practice stillness.

Monkey | Leo

Monkey has the Victory 6 Star in January. This is a excellent time for Monkey to pitch and put forth ideas and pursue goals, break ground and launch projects. This star can smooth out challenges of the past for a comeback. Use a Windhorse charm to enhance the magic.

Victory Windhorse Charm: https://amzn.to/3NqoBiI

Wealth God statue: https://amzn.to/4phHZvG

There are no planets for Monkey in January. Monkey is riding the wheel and biding time but needs to get a grip since he is hosting the full moon on February 1st.

This year Jupiter transits the Monkey sign beginning at the end of June. Jupiter in the Monkey will last a whole year and spotlight a world of new entertainment options. Now is the time to set the stage for future events. A world of change is coming. Prepare your good intentions.

Monkey’s Resolution is to find Zen. The monkey mind is always spinning and sometimes Monkey has so many plates up-in-the air they spin out of control. Adding one more plate won’t improve progress. The secret is to let go. Stop trying and start allowing. Zen is a place you cultivate it won’t happen by accident.

Bird | Virgo

Bird In January has the unlucky Illness 2 Star called Sarp Yit. It’s got contamination issues so keep your distance and be aware. Carry a Wu Lou charm, or place a decor object in the West and on your bedside table. Extra rest is the best medicine to restore equilibrium.

Blessings Wu Lou charm: https://amzn.to/49fHaNZ

Lucky Bird has no planets in January. But circle the wagons because in early March Bird will host a Full Blood Moon, Lunar eclipse. The first 30 day point doesn’t arrive until February however Bird had a Full Blood, Moon Lunar eclipse last March. That theme is now evolving.

Bird can expect the key elements to be on the back burner. Dust off the recent past that has fallen into the shadows. Otherwise what shows up may send you for a loop. Get out ahead of this cosmic twister. The focus is on a range of expressions with a wider exposure.

Bird’s Resolution is to harmonize. Birds are the legal eagles of current trends and the show stoppers dragging tattered bits and bobs down the runaways. This year Birds need to flock together for a more refined sensibility and structured, harmony. Make-peace your touchstone.

Dog | Libra

The Dog has the lucky-in-love Miracle and Money 1 Star in January. This sparkle star is fantastic for networking and delivering on satisfaction. Rekindle a romance or blaze new trails. Use the Crystal Apple as a decor object or carry the charm to enhance your good fortunes.

Lucky Apple Charm: https://amzn.to/49BhNri

Diggity Dog, the Ascendant lands on your events, horizon as the New Year gets started. This puts personal security front and center. Don’t just let things happen random. Dog is the guardian of the Temple. Run checks on safety systems and be prepared for different scenarios.

Dog’s Resolution is to stop, look and listen. Dogs have been biting off more than they can chew. They are all over the board diluting their power. The way to be mindfully focused is practice. Learn to do one thing at a time, well. Avoid the multi-task, trap that runs you ragged.

Pig | Scorpio

In January the Pig has the lucky Love, Money and Miracle 1 Star. This star can bring blessings and windfalls that increase income. It can be a match made in heaven for love-luck and is superb at rekindling romance. Use crystals or a crystal apple to enhance good fortunes.

Magic Cosmic Apple keychain charm: https://amzn.to/4bCS3My

Crystal Lucky Apple paperweight: https://amzn.to/4qq6Iig

Pig have no planets in January. After hosting Lilith for the better part of last year Pig gets the all-clear signal. There are no cosmic events or added pressures to manage. Last year’s hype has gotten overblown so expect some pull-back.

This is a good time to take a break and go on holiday but with all the celestial turbulence of late you’ve probably got a lot in the hopper. This little piggy went to market, so keep the momentum rolling in clover. Carve out your own brand of bringing-home-the-bacon.

Pig’s Resolution is to dream. Big dreams, little dreams, lucid dreams, daydreams, it doesn’t matter. You’ve been through the ringer and held feet to the fire. For a while you had to take things as they come. Now it’s time to explore wild ideas and grow your imagination in spades.

Bird Time

Have the days of 2025 felt strange? Indeed they are different. With Interstellar objects entering our solar system and outer rim planets making life-altering transits, it’s a wonder to divine. We experienced a big lunar shift in Aug and Sept 2025 with two Bird, New Moons in a row.

This double Moon take away shortened Dog’s New Moon in Oct lasting only one day before the Sun entered the Pig sign. The dual moon shift altered the Yin and Yang synergy of Earth’s lunar cycles to boost Bird’s profiles. Bird signs are showy and also a canary in a coal mine.

Two Blue Birds born in 2005 won the Nagoya ISU Grand Prix in the world’s figure skating. Early in Dec Ilia Malinin and Alysa Liu took top prizes in free skating. Birds on ice gave us exceptional performances. This lunar sift affects the next 3 years and takes 23 years to complete.

Horsing Around

In more stellar news planet of Chaos, Uranus entered the Horse in Jul then went retrograde in Sep. Uranus at Zero in the Horse takes us back-in-time to the (first shot of) Revolutionary War. In the near future on Apr 20th, 2026 Uranus conjuncts Venus at Zero to re-enter the Horse sign.

Lasting the better-part of 2025 Lord Neptune conjunct to taskmaster Saturn entered the Dragon. This effect took us back-in-time for the signing of the Declaration of Independence. But in retrograde fashion these heavy hitters both retreated back to the Hare. With Saturn in the mix what goes around comes around.

On Feb 20th in 2026 it’s a cosmic Déjà vu as these two will again re-enter the Dragon, conjunct at Zero. In Tiger’s camp (after an extended retrograde) planetoid Pluto is now back at the starting line. With Pluto now forward the die is cast. Pluto’s will reside in the Tiger for the next 18 years altering the chemistry of our lives.

Here are the last fortunes of 2025 for the Zodiac Animals with plenty of Gift Giving Ideas for every sign. Stay all the way to the end to get the full roundup of the cosmic calendar events that lead us into a New Year.

Horse | Gemini

We start December with the Crown in the Horse sign. On Dec 4th we have a Super Full Moon in the Horse. This Moon brings things to the surface so we can see with clarity. It sets the stage for December’s tone and tenor. Horse’s pure Yang energy is a bright spot of positivity.

Horse carries us in and out of Dec as we end the year with a Waxing Crescent Moon in the Horse on New Year’s Eve. Lucky Horse has the unlucky Accident 5 Star in Dec. Horses watch where you step and tread lightly. To cure this energy use a 5 Element Pagoda in the South to ward of the Sha Chi vibes.

What might a Horse like for this holiday season? Horses are trendsetters and go-getters who are ready to try new things. Food is a favorite. And the Hobby Horse loves tools or a kit. Horse appreciates something to plant or assemble. Otherwise consider tickets to a popular event.

Flying Stars for Lucky Goat have the unlucky Danger 7 Star in Dec. These touch luck stars are challenging. Avoid renovations and stop construction until early Jan when conditions for life-changes improve. Cure this Star with a sword amulet in the Southwest to protect against malevolent influences.

What’s good to give a Goat this year? A silver platter for their tasty cheeses, a luscious cream for the winter season and Kid gloves are a pleaser. Sheep adore designer handbags and posh polish in quirky shades. Silly games or a pass to shush down the slopes are also great choices.

Too much noise or over expressing viewpoints can trigger alarming scuffles and kerfuffles that ruffle feathers the wrong way. Stay out of the breach. Use a Fire Ball charm in the West to tamp down aggression.

What gifts will make your Bird swoon? Birds are picky no doubt about it. Birds will hunt and peck to find that needle in a haystack. Golf Clubs can fit birds to a tee and tennis is a racket Birds are game for. Also clocks, watches, weather-vanes and ankle bracelets are sure to gain Bird’s attention.

The Part of Fortune adds value on the 10th and Dog is Crowned on the 21st for the Winter Solstice. Christmas Day delivers pups a holiday wild card when the Ascendant lands on Zero.

In Dec Flying Stars for Lucky Dog have the unlucky Illness 2 Star. The remedy is simple, slow down and stay put. Self care and extra rest will ward of the Sarp Yit that spreads it’s ill effects through contamination. Be a homebody and use a Wu Lou charm in the Northwest.

Dogs unconditional love make them happy receivers of any gift, given. They do have a soft spot for shoes or a special device to keep their teeth clean. The Wolf Pack likes rawhide real or vegan so a leather pouch, tote, belt, or bomber jacket is excellent for the K9 club.

February Lucky Stars | 2025

February Lucky Stars | 2025 – podcast audio

Snake Effect | 2025

The Wood Snake year started on January 29th. This coming Snake year will be bold and beautiful. Snakes are transformers who alter our landscapes.

What’s a Blue Wood Snake? Wood is Yin energy as one of the 5 elements in Feng Shui. The five elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth correspond to our 5 sensory perceptions and make up the cycles of harmony and conflict based on their element.

Every sixty years a new den of Wood Snakes are born. Not all Snakes are a born in a Wood year making each clutch of Snake unique based on their birth element. The last group of Wood Snakes were born in 1965. If you were born in 1965 you’ll turn 60 this year.

In 2025 the Wood year grows quickly in new directions. Wood represents sound and Xun, the wind. On the compass it’s the direction of East that governs Health and the family tree. Wood is also a fighting Star that’s highly expressive.

Snake is a captivating charmer prominent in ancient origin stories. Wood Snakes have potent Yin energy that can create log jams but also brake through concrete. On the down side a Wood Snake can be back-biting and a side-winder. On the plus side Snake will surprise and delight you.

Never under estimate the power of the Snake and watch what you step on!

On this episode of Lucky Stars we’ll review the cosmic motion in February 2025. Together we’ll navigate the Sun and Moon cycles along with how to get lucky for all the Zodiac Animal signs.

Featured in this episode I’ve curated all the lucky charms on KittySol.com so you, your friends and family can benefit from the Good Fortunes vibes in a Yin Snake Wood year.

February is a bruising month of bumps and grinds in the celestial stew that keeps boiling over. But this all changes again, next month so stay tuned for a full preview of what’s coming in March at the end of this podcast.

Tiger | Speed

As February begins the Sun is full speed in the Tiger with a New Moon. On the 1st we have a triple conjunction with lady luck Venus, Lord Neptune and the Node. Jupiter goes direct in the Horse on the 4th and immediately carves a path forward going nowhere.

How long will this quicksand last? By the Full Moon on the 12th the Node has crossed Neptune and Venus will be in the Dragon’s lair. With Mars now the lone retrograde planet it’s still a rocky road up ahead on the elliptic path.

Valentine’s day on the 14th gives us a pause with Mercury at Zero suspended from action. And a forward Jupiter flips positions before forging ahead on the 18th when the Sun enters the Hare. The Hare is a compassionate Zodiac animal focused on community building and family.

Annual Flying Stars | 2025

The Annual Flying Stars for the Wood Snake Year begin February 4th. At the same time the Monthly Flying Stars change. These two charts overlap with a doubling of the Lucky Star patterns. In 2025 Annual Flying Stars have unlucky illness 2 Star fly to the Heart center palace.

This can be hard on relationships and weaken our reserves. As your personal star guide I recommend everyone use a Wo Lu charm as a cure to ward off the negative Sha Chi energy and brighten prospects.

And for the Fire Mountain cycle lasting another 19 years use the Windhorse Amulet if you don’t already have one. The Illness 2 Star is weak which sounds good but weakness is where we find our Achilles heel. So shore up your health with restful and restorative practices. Avoid burnout.

February | Flying Stars – 2025

February’s Monthly Flying Stars double down with the Annual Stars so use the Life Force charm for added protection and to increase the great benefits of the Lucky Ho Tu combinations that are running from North to South and East to West across the compass grid.

Ho Tu combinations are auspicious in different ways but they can add wealth, increase profits, boost scholarships and promote lucky happenstance. This often evolves out of difficult or insurmountable obstacles. When the chips are down don’t give up. Adapt to win!

This brilliant Ho To configuration gives even the lowest underdogs a chance to succeed when you team up or join in. The Southeast, South and Southwest have the Lucky Ming Tang, big and bright energy to boost business, reputations, income, romance and relationships.

Monkey | Full Moon

Our Monkey Full Moon reaches it’s peak Wednesday, February 12th at 5:54 AM PT. This tidal shift happens below the surface. On the chart everything except the Moon is below the Ascendant creating contradictions. Why? Normally a Full Moon illuminates but this is a shroud.

As the Full Moon peaks there are key positions that shift behind the scenes. Mercury passes over the Sun and the Node crosses over Neptune. And everything but retro Mars is going direct. Monkey rules talent and in the Southwest governs relationships like friends and family.

This Monkey Moon is a 30 day-point to the first of two Blood Moon | Total Lunar eclipses coming this year. A 30 day-point to an eclipse gives us clues to what’s up ahead so pay attention to anything out of the ordinary as precursor of what to expect.

Sun | Hare

Just past midnight on Tuesday, February 18th at 12:16 AM PT the Sun enters the Hare sign. Happy Birthday to all my lucky bunnies, cats and rabbits born in the Hare (Pisces) month. The Sun in the Hare brings a quieter, gentler time even as things speed up in our daily lives.

Hare is the hospitality sign and magic is Hare’s super power. Goats and Pigs are in Hare’s Compassion Triad and Dog is Hare’s Super Buddy. And if that’s not lucky enough the Green Rabbit is the Peach Blossom sign for Dogs, Horses and Tigers.

This is why Hares are so darn good at networking and finding the bright side. If you are a Hare the Sun brings a Solar return to recharge your cosmic battery. This will gift you a month of good fortunes and brighten dark days to chase away winter shadows with Spring up ahead.

Mars | Direct

Mars finally goes direct in the Goat at 6:00 PM PT on February 23rd. After Mars goes forward all the planets in our sphere will be in forward motion until March 1st when Venus goes retrograde. And March 14th Mercury goes retrograde for the first time this year.

Now that Mars is going forward it alters the doom and gloom landscape quite a lot. This recent retrograde pattern has been a tough row to hoe in the galactic patterns. With forward progression of the Yang Mars energy we can finally get a foothold to scale new heights.

Mars returning back will cover ground that has been lost since early December in 2024. Think of it as a restoration period that can bring back what you thought was lost and reinstate what was thought long gone. Use this time to reposition your goal lines.

Hare | New Moon Sun

Thursday, February 27th we have a New Moon Sun at 4:46 PM PT. Get ready for some big magic. The New Moon Sun combo merges forces for a rebirth and resurrection. But like all New Moon’s it might start small and takes a bit of little time to fully reveal itself.

This New Moon is chock full of fresh possibilities and friendly aspects with a pearl strand of benefits: New Moon Sun, Saturn, Mercury, Node and Neptune all from a bond. This powerful alignment expresses new dynamic fields of opportunity through synchronicity and serendipity.

And when things do show up they take off lickety-split to grow overnight. It’s a fairy tale of delights with an enchanted harp and a golden goose. This gives Hare signs and everyone a chance to bridge the divide. This New Moon energy is best used to start something anew.

Sun Moon & Lucky Stars

Following the New Moon stellar alignments on the last day this month February 28th we have an early warning alert for another 30 day-point. This one is for the double-horned Dragon Partial Lunar eclipse coming in March.

Look for the signals to know what’s coming for this special cosmic event.

Lucky Horse

Horse | Gemini

Lucky Goat

Goat | Cancer

Lucky Goat in February has Mars going retrograde until the 24th and while he is rolling backward in your sign he’s taking a heavy toll on finances and programs that affect the home and hearth, personal and financial goals. It’s hard to get a foothold on where you want to go.

Lucky Bird in February showcases finance. As the bean counter of the Zodiac Bird is called front and center to put forth a strategy contradicting the notion: to throw-out-the-babe-with-the-bath-water.
