Zoe Smith: Island Living in Grenada

Zoe Smith is the Founder of The Exodus Collective, helping remote workers and entrepreneurs make smooth moves to the Caribbean. A London-born, former journalist, Zoe is a single mom of three who’s passionate about helping other black folks design lifestyles that are aligned to their purpose in settings in which they can truly thrive.

Zoe first caught the travel bug as a 3-year-old, traveling internationally for the first time to Switzerland with her family.
