The future of horses and how we train them has changed immensely since the launch of the internet and social media.
Our knowledge of horses and how their bodies, minds and psyche work is beyond recognition even compared to just 3-4 years ago.
What does this mean,?
It means we have to improve things, we have to get better at things and for their sake.
With all of this information it is possible to extend their lives rather than shorten them.
In this episode I cover some areas of concern for horse welfare and training that are so old fashioned now, it is almost laughable.
Although one must not forget, at the end of the day the one that is not laughing is the horse.
Lets change that and learn how to put smiles on their faces ♥

In the episode I offer you some food for thought and tips how to access your self and get better at at it.
If we are gonna be riding horses then it is my belief that we owe it to them to get better at it, and if we are talking about longevity and bringing out the very best in them, then even more so ♥

Welcome to this next episode where we get in quite deep, and talk about the impact of positive and negative energy around horses.
Sure we all have tough times in life, we can't escape that but what we can do is learn how to not take it with us to the stables, and not constantly project it to our horses as some form of outlet.
Our problems are none of our animals business.
They do not ask for it, if they could choose, I am pretty sure they would not want it and at the end of the day, why would we want to?
As ever I offer insights in to what could be going on and hope you get something out of this podcast that keeps you on a positive path so you can enjoy your beautiful horses!
Keep it real ♥

Thank you for joining me in this second episode where I share with you the importance of knowing what an exercise looks like when we want to learn and practice it.
Intention and focus are big part of horse training and if you have an idea of what the end result should look like, it will help you achieve a better quality in he long run.
Sometimes we have to unlearn things to acquire new things, and sometimes we have to practice much more than we ever anticipated, but if you know that that is part of it, then you are guaranteed to feel less frustrated and can enjoy the process.
Here's to happy practicing ♥

In this first episode I share with you some insights, facts and my own experiences about horses ears and how they use them to express themselves and communicate.
Often times, especially in comments on social media, I have seen people question, even attack perfectly good horsemanship because the horses ears were not forward facing.
I don't know about you but personally in my life, I like to have the option and permission to say no.
I would hate to have to be perfect in everything I do because someone who does not know better would think I was unhappy if I did not.
Let's not do this to the horses.
Let's learn to understand how they communicate and accept that as a part of their 'happy language' they do indeed put their ears to the side, to the back, wrinkle their nose, swish their tail and even lift a hind leg.
They need to do this just as much as you need certain words to express yourself.
I could elaborate on this subject for hours, please note it is not an excuse for poor horsemanship and unhappy horses; the idea is to simply get people to think and learn the language of the horse better.
I hope you enjoy ♥
