In this episode, Pastor Scott talks about stewardship with what God has given us. Are we a blessing to others with it or do we hoard it to ourselves? In essence, generosity is like a “buddy board” at a brewery where you buy someone a beer who isn’t even there. You just want to bless them and hope they feel good, even if you’re not there. That is why we are called to be generous people; we want people to see the goodness of our Savior, and we trust He will always provide our “daily bread.”

In this episode, we had a lot of fun. Every bar has the regulars who keep the place afloat. People know their names, drinks, and stories. They are the foundation of the bar. Church is the same way. It’s a place where the regulars are the foundation, and people know their names and their Jesus stories.

First and foremost, it’s a place of recovery where all can come get their wounds healed. Like any recovery group, this takes vulnerability and humility.
