Introducing a new series on the life of Jesus, we look at the preexistence of Jesus with the Father. Jesus has always been the Word of the Father that brings life. He is the hero that we have the privilege of knowing and being a witness of.

All humans are united by their need for milk when they are babies. It helps us live and become living humans. But eventually all babies grow up and move onto solid food. The christian life is not different. We all must receive the milk of the good news of salvation but eventually we need to grow up and become mature believers.

Looking at the angelic announcements to Mary and Joseph, we discover how God doesn’t always show up according to our plans. In this Christmas message, we learn that faith in God goes hand in hand with forfeiting a life that fits into our human understanding.
