  • Belgium 101
    Belgium 101
Belgium is a wonderful place for beer. There are many styles from that country. Many of which are not always accessible to the American style beer drinker from a palette point of view. Belgium beers don't follow marketing trends that "large beer factories" making labels that look uninviting.
Homework: Find a Lambic of some sort like a lindemans Pêche, Pomme, or Framboise. Notice the sour quality. Don't forget a trippel. Or find a Belgium beer of some sort.
Special guests: Steve who is half of Steve and Justine.
