PaxAurum is indecisive long enough for the barn situation to sort itself out. With the barn now out of commission, what’s the next steps? And why are the kids so dang tricky.

It was a somewhat confusing day.
Who’s friend? Who’s foe? I couldn’t say.
But a big fireball
Made it worth it all.
And the Defias have now had to pay.

PaxAurum, or Grimhawk & Co depending on who you ask (cough Grimhawk cough), runs into a scared family in their travels and agrees to clear out their farm of intruders. Who they are and what they want are yet to be deterined.

Grimhawk jumped to action with haste,
Five thugs of Defias he faced.
Using Suel as distraction,
Grimhawk claimed satisfaction,
Sweet victory was all he could taste!

With a cave crumbling in around them, GrimHawk, Pepper and Suel make a break for it, but not until after being loot gremlins. Well, one of them successfully anyway.

Hunting Goldtooth in Fargo Deep Mine,
Pepper saw failing column and whined,
“We’re gonna have a problem.”
Then the ceiling was falling on them.
But as usual, we made it just fine.

GrimHawk, Pepper and Suel make some headway in the mystery surrounding the vineyard. Much to the gratitude of the Marshall, they take on more than they bargained for.

This holy dwarf is always misread.
A kind paladin? You might be misled.
He’s my buddy Grimhawk,
Now don’t stand there and gawk,
Or he’ll rip the face clean off your head!

The noblest of elves, tis true,
Saved my butt not just once but a few.
A great cleric of life.
Single. Could use a hot wife.
My pal who just calls himself Suel.

Yes, I already know that I’m green,
Prettiest wizard that you’ve ever seen.
Now I’m starting a quest,
With my friends, they’re the best.
Call me Pepper, not princess, maybe queen.
