Wood Golems are no joke, and now the team has first hand experience. Will this be the fight that knocks them all out?

First a bathroom not fit for a king
Then Lady Syl detected a ping
The ghosts from the furnace
Barely concerned us
And she found a ventriloquist ring

The team takes a hit as the acid flies, but in the end, it doesn’t even matter as they continue through, searching and clearing out the Gauntlight.

We find a mouth monster of ooze,
Whose noises tend to confuse.
It bites and it spits,
I’m not sure how it sh…
um, I mean, I’m not really sure how it poos!

After the power slap by Lady Syl, the team meets a new friend and follow new paths.

When Crew goes into the eye’s space
He’s afraid and gets frozen in place
Kain pulls his butt clear
But Crew’s still in great fear
‘Til Lady Syl slaps him right in the face!

The post Pathfinder Session 27: Highlights for Ghouls appeared first on Schaffen Creative.

The team heads back to town and takes a well deserved rest after a long day of battles. After a much needed drink, they set about potentially upgrading and improving their equipment. Will fortune shine upon them as they head back to the lighthouse?

The scribe-master was kinda cruel,
“Get writing” was her only rule.
Abed wouldn’t sit down,
And kept clowning around.
He may not have been good in school.

As the team delves deeper into the lighthouse it becomes very apparent that they are quickly becoming outmatched. Crew has a tough go at staying alive while Abed does his best to persuade a ghost and Lady Syl makes refrigerator art. Kain is also there and moves some shit.

Crew walked in and the battle’s begun,
Lady Syl dazzles the leading one
Abed belches a swarm
Kain’s a murderous storm
But those ghouls just wanna have fu-un. (Or did, I guess.)

The team goes from one hot cauldron to the next in a matter of minutes after being locked in with a Necromantic Witch. Will they ever catch a break? Or will they die trying…

Crew entered them into a pact
To find the poor devil’s contract
You better believe it
They’re gonna retrieve it
We’ll help him get free, that’s a fact!

Coming up on 2 Nerds 1 Quest: That’s a joke…I LIke It. Devil Guard is Tired, So Tired. Let’s Play Kick The Flesh. Chris Jericho Entrance Door. Snort It Coward! BITE ME! I’m delicious.

The team goes from one encounter to the next with the fury of the wind. However this time they may have met their match.

Misty monster comes out to play
Making Crew have a squishy bad day
Abed burns it with flame
Kain enjoys this grim game
As Lady Syl jumps into the fray.

Exploration proves entertaining as the group collects another “person” to help them out, but will they prove to be useful?

This is the tale of Barnabus the Slurk
Spending his day in the mud and the murk
A javelin on his nose
While people come and they goes
He’s content just to lie and to lurk.

After the fight, the team decides to look around before concluding it would be in their best interest to head back to town for the night to rest up. While there they decide the next course of action would be to finish looking through the boathouse.

Clearing Gauntlight, we have been consistent.
Making all the bad things nonexistent.
But this ghost in the hall
Has been quite a tough brawl
As it seems they are fairly resistant.

The team is very adept at exploring and find several useful weapons and trinkets, as well as some valuable loot. Unfortunately for them the fights keep coming and coming.

The necklace found after the fray
Might have changed the tone of the day
Dropping beads would go boom
No matter size of the room,
Thankfully, we avoided a T.P.K.
