Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! 

With everything going on in the world, this valentine's day is looking a but different. Some might not be able to see their loved ones, some might be struggling with being alone more than ever. This is why I chose the topic of self-love. Now more than ever, we need to feed ourselves mentally, emotionally & spiritually. We need to LOVE ourselves, our journey, our flaws & most importantly OUR BODIES. These are the bodies that have kept us alive throughout this pandemic so please be grateful to them.  I hope that everyone has an amazing valentine's day full of love & good energy. 

Love yourself so you can love others wholeheartedly.
