To kick-start the first episode of Archery GB's 'The Way of The Bow' we welcome Nick Thomas, an international medal-winning VI archer from North Wales. Nick recently won Bronze in both the 2019 World Para Archery Championships and in the 2018 European Para Archery Championships. With a degree in sports science and a wealth of success across visually impaired sport, in this episode we explore the world of VI archery and his own approach to competition including his mental game.
