We exist in an industry built on preserving, collecting, reviewing, and producing every piece of relevant data; however, the volume continues to explode as storage gets cheaper, the world becomes more reliant on electronic forms of communication, and different forms of communication are developed and embraced.  In this world, how do we, in the tech space, define, determine, and attempt to hold the line where proportionality is concerned.
