Temple Stewart is a Registered Dietitian. She specializes in helping women lose weight and realize the benefits of a ketogenic lifestyle.
She received her degree in Dietetics at the University of Tennessee Martin. She completed her internship at the VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL.
She currently works and lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband and her daughters.
She played sports growing up and was always fascinated with the way properly fueling her body impacted her performance on the field.
Throughout the process, she learned how to eat for health and how to develop a healthy relationship with food.
She was later diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), furthermore increasing her interest in treating the body with nutrition
She is passionate about helping other women lose weight and improve their health through nutrition and the ketogenic diet.
