Michael Procopio, the outspoken CEO of The Procopio Company, is a family-led business they launched in 1950. That means they've been around for over 70 years. They're into construction and real estate development. Mike and his brothers, Greg and Mark, took over the business in 2016, and they grew it from simple single-family developments to over $300 million in multifamily development in 2022. Mike is really tuned in to critical leadership and business practices. He's an avid learner lifelong learner.
