In this episode we are going to talk about making a decision. Some decisions require a bit more reflection when as it might take us out of our comfort zone. 

We will se why it requires a reflection from the point of view of our brain and the impact on our system belief.
Then we talk about the process in the making the decision, like talking to friends or family and what do we feel at these moments.
And then how to make the final decision with the appropriate attitude.
