When you begin to think about the business side of competing or even your relevance as a competitor, you probably would be reluctant to take an off-season. But the real question that you should ask yourself is, is taking off-season important? Really, is it important? If it's important, how should you handle it? Let's find out with Lauren Dannenmiller.

Lauren Dannenmiller is an IFBB Bikini Pro, who triumphed over the 2017 NPC Nationals Bikini Championship. She is a Business Partner, a Contest Prep and Lifestyle Coach at Team Cosmic Bodies, a company that lay focus on Bikini prepping and fitness coaching. 

Today, we're going to dive deep and talk to you about how she handles her off-season and the possible physical and mental changes during that time. Lauren will also share her experience being in-season versus off-season and how the attention that she gets while in-season is affected.
