In this episode I am sharing the attachement to trauma and the attitude being the facade to attract the attention from people. To feel the sympathy and protection we needed at the moment of the trauma. It makes us people pleasers, begging for attention, receiving crumbs of encouragement. Like a shot of tequila that will make us feel good in the moment but nothing has changed to what we feel deeply.
Here we go deeply with unblemishing transparency.
We will also discuss the power of thoughts and feeling aligned and the never ending pattern of blaming others for what happened to us.
It is time to own our story and share it to connect and bring in our light. Our story are made to be shared and connect. It is up to us to see it through the filter of truth, by understanding the law of nature : feelings come from thought or to see through the filter of our interpretation of the circumstances.
At the end of the episode I will suggest three exercises that will help land your attention to what is most important to widen your awareness and be present.
