What We Talked About:  It’s Throwback Thursday!  Listen to this classic interview where I talked to George Ryan about his shift from being an employee at a lumber company to owning his own business.  He talks about how he launched Hatchwise and now has over 13,000 designers and writers available for projects.

Why I Like George:  He is a creator.  Even as a child he was writing books and designing.  He saw a hole in the market and was willing to step out and launch his idea.  He was willing to make mistakes and learn as he went and now he has an awesome business that serves hundreds of thousands of people.

Great Line:  I had to learn how to think like the owner and not the employee.
