Why I Like Barbara:  A woman who is an inventor, in a niche traditionally dominated by men.  A non-marketer who moved forward with the marketing of this new device and launched a campaign largely on word-of-mouth.  A person who has stayed the course and has seen her vision reach an international audience with nothing except her enthusiasm and a passion to help people.  Really, what’s not to like?
