The town of Belle is throwing a picnic and everyone is invited. the Ferris Wheel is set up and the musicians are hired. Who will ride the Ferris Wheel with Elisabeth? Could it possibly be Bill? Her heart can't decide if she wants her ex-boyfriend back or not.

 In the meantime, musicals are happening in the schools and Elisabeth is keeping herself busy.
