This week, we have Spencer Howard, a former Major League Baseball Player and current pitcher for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles in Japan. The California native was drafted in the 2nd round to the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2017 MLB draft. He eventually made his Big League Debut in 2020.    Spencer has a big right arm and surely can throw a baseball, but the man is known for the smoothness of his hands. His ability to play a handpan and orchestrate musical instruments is next level for not just being a professional athlete, but a human in general.    I first met Spencer while meditating one morning in Scottsdale, Arizona. Once the meditation was over, we quietly viewed the sunrise coming over a mountain. Eventually, the silence was broken with conversation, and we started talking about music. I told him I always envisioned guiding breathwork like lyrics to a song. He went on to tell me about his life as a DJ. A few days later, we visualized creating breathwork and music as one.    Over the course of the summer, we had a few opportunities to make this happen, and we even performed live for small groups.
