Those are just short term band-aids that are covering up a BIGGER problem.
All diets work. They ALL work...until they don't anymore.
Things go great for 30 days or 6 weeks, but what happens after that?
That dreaded ‘Bounce Back Effect’ every single time.
Sure you lose some weight, but then you simply gain it back -- usually with interest! It's an UNWINNABLE game.
We are not just talking about the next 30 days of your life here. We are talking about the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
And there is no shame and no judgement, but do you really want to be starting and stopping (and starting and stopping) diets and 30 day challenges for the REST OF YOUR LIFE?
