03: Creating a Morning Ritutal to Increase Productivity

Morning Rituals or Routines is a great way to start your day on a good note. You might have heard of some famous people who have a morning ritual and how it actually increases their productivcity. When I first discovered it, I thoght to myself "great concept, but realisticallhy I am not waking up at 5am." A year into implementing the morning ritual I can honestly say that I wake up every day around 5:30 am and sleeping in is now 6:30/7am. My day is more productive since doing this and my mood has drastically changed from being angry and upset all the time to being more joyful.
I hope these tips help you create a morning ritual that benefits you.
