After his tour of every Baltimore Ravens podcast on the planet, James returns to discuss his week of sitting in a cupboard watching men workout in their underwear. Before this, the guys discuss the breaking (at the time of recording) news of Russell Wilson's trade to the Denver Broncos & Aaron Rodgers' shocking return to the Green Bay Packers.

They then look at the other tagged players around the league before diving into the latest Ravens news, mainly the comments from Eric DeCosta's press conference at the combine and updates on the Lamar Jackson contract.

James breaks down the combine in detail and Gaz & Ian ask questions about who the Ravens might take in the first round. The guys then go around the room, picking up their favourite free agents.
