On today’s show, we will be traveling to “The Big Apple” New York City, where I will chat with Retired Detective Marco Conelli of the New York Police Department.
Marco spent 20 years with the NYPD where he spent most of his career as an undercover where he was plugged into many investigations for the Organized Crime Control Bureau. Specializing in narcotic and gun seizures.
Marco is also a crime writer! Marco is the author of the hard-boiled police procedural Cry For Help and has published three novels in his Matthew Livingston Young Adult series. Anthology work includes short stories in 10-Code, After Midnight: Tales From the Graveyard Shift, New York, Give Me Your Best or Worst, and the forthcoming People are Strange. He is the recipient of the 2011 Silver Falchion Award for best crime novel.
