So my Modus Operandi is to actually lean into the feeling of it without intervening in any way, because I respect all parts in me.

In seeking approval I wanted to lean into the feeling of it. Not judging but what if seeking approval had the space to express itself fully? What would it look like? Who is it going to connect with? 

No judgement, no need, no expectation.

And by taking that experience to heart and holding space for it, I could experience the whole process of seeking approval.
