My guest today is David Vella  from Baseline Projects.
 
Baseline was founded in 2018 and since then has undergone some serious growth. In the early days it was just David and Aaron, his business partner, running the company above a mower shop, but today they have grown to roughly 60 people with offices in Sydney and Brisbane.

In this episode David reflects on how he actually got involved in construction, some of the challenges they had getting the company established and the guiding principals he believes has been the key to their growth so far.
