Kukuwa is a dancer and choreographer of Kukuwa Fitness. She created her own dance fusion by combining traditional African dance movements and fitness.  The main objective is to move every part of your body to maximize the workout and have fun.  Kukuwa also shares her nutrition and detox tips that she has been following since she was a little girl growing up in Ghana.   Her grandmother lived to be well over 100 so they are doing something right!
