Chelsea Rude - is a professional climber with Adidas and the founder of She Sends Collective & The Climbers Fund, both of which are based out of Boulder, Colorado. Chelsea has been climbing for 23 years - the majority of that time was spent focusing on competition climbing around the world with some outdoor climbing sprinkled heavily in there, too. Today, Chelsea is retired from competition but continues her pursuit to reach her potential. She has also been coaching for 17 years and has coached all genders and all ages throughout this time. She currently focuses the majority of her attention focusing on coaching adult women & the gender non-conforming folks so that they develop the tools they need to feel empowered within the sport and make smart decisions if and when they venture to outdoor climbing. Additionally, she is a certified single pitch instructor and wilderness first responder which allows her to host outdoor group climbing clinics and guide individuals, too. Her overall mission is to help make climbing more accessible + diverse by breaking down the financial barriers that often halt people in their path to becoming more knowledgeable in the sport.
