Negotiating can seem so intimidating, but it can be a huge tool to help you build wealth over time. In this episode, an overview of various items that you can (and probably should) negotiate are discussed. Hint: it's not just your compensation! Whether you're negotiating for your first PA job out of PA school or you're renegotiating in your current role, it's important to know what your top goals and priorities are. Additionally, it's vital to understand what your contract states as well as what to look for in a contract (if you have one).
