Sydel Curry has dealt with anxiety her entire life. Between coming from a family of NBA all stars, Stephen & Seth, and competing at a high level of volleyball, she's always felt the pressure. Today, she talks us thorough how she overcame that anxiety to reach a high level of success in multiple industries. She has her own Facebook talk show, a wine label that she shares with her sister in law Iesha curry, and a YouTube channel.
