066. Creating Mindfulness in Uncertain Times: It’s Okay Not to Be Okay

Many of us are feeling frustrated, anxious, and uncertain about the future.  In April 2020, Risa and mindfulness teacher and emotional intelligence expert, Michelle Maldonado, created a 6 part workshop to help people understand their feelings and tools to manage their anxiety and emotions.  This workshop was hosted on YouTube Live.  As times continue to be uncertain with the pandemic, the information and tools that Michelle shares continue to be highly relevant so we thought to share these lessons with you as we kick off 2022. 

This week's session focuses on It's Okay Not To Be Okay.  We discuss how to understand how your body processes stress physically and emotionally, and helpful breathing practices to incorporate into your daily routine to reduce stress and anxiety.
