Today’s episode is all about my self-care practices. While I fully appreciate that everyone is unique and some self-care practices will feel foreign, I wanted to share a little behind the scenes into my daily self-care practices and how they’ve transformed over the years. 

 

In this episode I share the 3 ways I take care of both: 

1/ My non-negotiables

2/ My Self-care and mindset practice or rituals. 


If you’re new to journaling, here are the questions I asked myself when I first started”

  1. Today I feel (had a sliding scale from rubbish to amazing)

  4. Todays’ top project is:

  6. One small action i can take to move forward is
  7. I will finish working at
  8. I am grateful for
  9. I would then rate my happiness out of 10 and have a tick box for mindfulness and exercise
