Tom Kleppesto, "Jack of all Trades" and a well-connected shipping man tell the story about how he has managed the Maritime Trainee program on behalf of the Norwegian Shipowners Association for a decade. We get to know how it was set up, run and what Tom thinks is the outcome of the program.
