Nick interviews German film maker, Uwe Boll, about his current projects, the state of streamers and distribution, and video game adaptations. They also get into things Uwe learned from his early projects, a series he’d love to adapt, and the future of video game adaptations moving forward.  

Video Game adaptations have made their mark in the last year, with hits like HBO’s The Last of Us series and Illumination’s Super Mario Bros. Movie hitting with large audiences. The IP obsessed Hollywood is poised to go out in search of more video game series to adapt. Will production companies learn the right lessons from these big hits, or will they churn out multiple bad adaptations in search of a quick buck?
