I have found that the body scan technique and having a gratitude practice has helped reduced the symptoms of anxiety.

Research has shown that by using either of these two techniques can create a drop in the anxiety you feel of 30%  which is equal to Lexapro… a medication commonly given for anxiety.

Research is great but personal application is even better to me!
