In today’s episode, I am delighted to introduce Fan Iek Cheng to the podcast. Be prepared for lots of laughter as Fan and I enjoy a fantastic conversation about her career journey. Fan is a currently working as a Senior Specialist Paediatric Pharmacist in Immunology, Rheumatology AND Dermatology at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). She is also a Research Fellow with the National Institute for Health & Care Research (NIHR). She is also a Pharmacogenetic Champion at GOSH, a member of the NHS England Pharmacogenomics Working Group, Co-Chair of the Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacy Group (NPPG) London Interest Group, as well as a key member of special interest groups and networks within Immunology and Rheumatology. Her dedication to her work has led her to consider pursuing a consultant pharmacist pathway in the future.
