In this episode, I interview the founders of I Believe in Me, an online mentoring program for tween girls. These ladies who have a big heart for working with youth, and in our conversation, we talk about how you can confront “persistent sadness” in your tween or teen daughter so that they live with more joy. With all the pressures from peers at school and from what the world throws at them on social media, their mental health can be negatively affected. But how do you help your child get out of the negative space that these situations may impose on them? How can you help your child move forward in living their best life? Our special guests guide us through some ways to help support our daughters who struggle.
