How To Be Moderately Successful.

#1 Choosing whether to insource or outsource your tech team.

Listen Later

Today we are going to be exploring the very current topic of whether to insource or outsource your tech team.

My guests today are not really guests but rather two of my business partners and they also happen to be brothers of the Irish variety.

Ed is my co-founder and COO of Nona and has worked on over 200 software projects over his career around the world.
He also holds a degree in Actuarial science and identifies strongly as a ginger.

Dave is the older brother and is the CTO of Nona.

Dave has been programming since ‘91 and has worked with some the worlds leading brands.Dave holds a computer science degree with honours in Semantic Computing.

Dave is my royal straight flush, he gives me the ability to say that I see you and raise you when it comes to tech capability. He makes me look good.

These are two of the smartest and most interesting people that I know and their combined experience is massive so I know that we will get some great value our of today's conversation.

Welcome guys and may the best brother win!
