Welcome to the Catholic Life Coach with Jennie Guinn.  My hope is to create lots of light bulb moments for you in this podcast to encourage and equip you to live a happy, healthy, holy life. The weekly podcasts will help you gain an awareness of how your thoughts and emotions create the life you live. I am here to share with you that you are the expert in your life. You have an abundance of wisdom when you combine life coaching skills with the truth of the faith. I will release a new podcast each Thursday. The podcast will be anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes long. My goal is to teach and then challenge you to apply the lessons to your own life. As an educator, I know how important it is to not only hear and understand the lesson, but that the real transformation happens when you put what you've learned into practice.
