we are giving education and training to kids and youth aims at helping them live like a good person. we have selected simple, easy, and effective practices for kids and youth of all age group.
we are giving yoga youth training to kids and youth to that they become successful, prevent self harm, dug abuse and other challenges of the mind.
Please note - this group is only for those who have attended the program in person and very well educated . Parents are youths are advised to contact us before doing any practice

Mantra means by which we destroy the sufferings, caused due mind. Mantra is a word used to tame the mind, so that it moves within, and discovers calm, peace and happiness. in addition, it is beneficial for kids suffering from anxiety, ADD, ADHD and other challenges.

Many people are not aware that meditative Asana(pose) is the unique method to engage , educate and empower the mind to live in the state of relaxation, calm and peace.

Hi Friends
You are aware of many poses or Asanas, You might have practiced them. Patanjali- the great master and codifier of Yoga, explains the method of practicing meditative asana.
Meditative Asanas are practiced that engages the body, breath, mind and emotions. The method is explained beautifully by Patanjali.

Listen and learn and practice daily just for 5 minutes with all points mentioned in the audio. the regular practice will help you relax easily, increase memory and focus.

The Shavasana or Shava Asana is practice of deep relaxation discovered by great masters of Eastern Wisdom. the practice engages the mind that is scattered outside so that it starts moving within. When the mind moves within, it drops its clinging from outer objects and people that helps in gathering the energy. When mind moves within, with energy, it reveals or manifests deep relaxation, inner calm and peace.

This practice is unedited, given to young kids as an introduction to relaxation.
This episode gives deeper understanding of the steps with practice. It helps and empowers the seeker to practice without the audio file.
