As we have now come up for air after the very big season of buying, selling and moving house between November 2022 and March 2023, I thought I'd share some of the lessons I learned through the process.

I don't think I've been quite so tired since I had small children! It was a very big job, but I'm grateful that we've found our dream home and can now settle into this next phase of family life.

In this episode, I'll share some behind-the-scenes of the journey from buying a house off-market, to preparing our home for sale, selling at auction and moving into our new home. I'll also share 10 of the life lessons I learned along the way - which are not real estate specific, so hopefully you can take away what's important for you if you're facing your own big project or transition.
