Oakley Savickas will celebrate his seventh birthday on September 3. Oakley has one simple wish. He wants to receive as many birthday cards as he can. According to his mom, he loves to get mail. It keeps him busy and it makes him happy. Christian is asking amateur radio operators to send their QSL cards to P.O. Box 201, Alma Michigan 48801.
