Larry, KE0KZ was the driving force behind the effort to pass the Missouri Amateur Radio Parity Act. MARPA's H.B. 1951 mirrored the U.S. Congress' H.R. 1301. H.R. 1301 was widely promoted by the ARRL. In the end, both bills died in Senate. So, what happens now? We'll find out how Larry plans to pick up the pieces. Or, does he? All of this and more on this edition of 100 Watts and a Wire.

We'll take you inside National Park Unit NM12 on the coldest day of the year!  This wasn't a traditional activation. At least, with regard to our antenna systems. On this one, we set up a Hex Beam and a Scout. Did they make it out? Oh yeah! Grab your coffee and ride with us.
