The National is ten years old.

To celebrate, we’re looking back – and forward – through ten conversations, with ten influencers who over the past decade have helped make the UAE the global leader it is today.

From changes in the media, to the growth of aviation, developments in education and healthcare, and the thrill of sport, The National has been there, recording a decade of social and economic change in the UAE.

Ten @ Ten will launch April 17, our tenth anniversary, with a chat between Noura Al Kaabi, the UAE’s Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development and Editor in Chief Mina Al-Oraibi.

Following that will be nine more episodes focusing on a wide range of topics. You will hear insights from many of the country’s leading figures, who in conversations with editors and reporters from our newsroom in Abu Dhabi, tell the tale of the UAE’s extraordinary rise over the past ten years.
