アルバイトの面接(めんせつ)に落(お)ちたとらくんの話(はなし)から、今(いま)まで気(き)づいていなかった、「アルバイト禁止(きんし)」という日本(にほん)のブラック校則(こうそく)について気(き)付(づ)かされました。いったいどうして日本(にほん)の高校(こうこう)は、学生(がくせい)のアルバイトを禁止(きんし)するのでしょうか？アルバイト経験(けいけん)を「責任感(せきにんかん)の証明(しょうめい)」として、アピールポイントととらえる欧米(おうべい)の考え方(かんがえかた)と、「学業(がくぎょう)の邪魔(じゃま)になる」という日本(にほん)の考え方(かんがえかた)は正反対(せいはんたい)であることがわかりました。今回(こんかい)のエピソードではアルバイトに対(たい)する考えかたから見(み)る、文化(ぶんか)の違(ちが)いについて話(はな)しました。
