Dr. Forbes is a licensed psychologist with BASE Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Charlotte, NC who works with adults, couples, adolescents and families who wish to improve the quality of their lives. Through her personal and professional experiences she has come to develop a holistic approach to health that incorporates traditional medicine and mental healthcare, but also delves into understanding the complexities of the human condition and assesses what we value as human beings.
