Each of us has a limit – think an internal thermometer – for how much success we will allow ourselves to have. This is called your "upper limit" or your success comfort zone.

When you exceed this perceived limit, you unconsciously sabotage yourself and return to an old familiar place where you feel in control. But when you understand the concept of having an "upper limit," you can truly learn how to overcome it and allow yourself the desired success in your business, your career, your relationships, and your overall life.
